The driver did not show up. I called the company and the driver said he was not coming to pick us up.

We are free to cancel the service, you booked last minute and unfortunately it was not possible to do the pick-up, it is not true that you called you but we called and warned that it would not be possible to do the service, and also we first made the 100% refund, it is not correct to make untruthful reviews!!

The driver arrived with a lit cigarette in hand. No apology although he was over 10 minutes late. We had forewarned them that we were three people, two on the large size with large luggage. Instead of a van (which everyone else at the dock seemed to get) we were crammed into the back seat of a small car while some of our luggage rode in the front seat. The ride was uneventful. We have used Viator many times in the past, this was our first disappointing experience.
