Today's cooking class has been a highlight of our trip! Graziella & Giovanni welcomed us into their beautiful home, and with Graziella's wonderful instruction we created a delicious meal to share around their table. The entire set up, from quality ingredients to family recipes to great companions, created the perfect culinary and cultural experience.
Most memorable moments? Laboriously working that dough and trying to get it the right consistency and smoothness (which was not as easy as you'd think!) under Graziella's expert instruction and discerning eye; and of course, eating those homemade tagliatelle, of which I was so proud! Thanks so much, Graziella and Giovanni, for your warm hospitality and making me feel like one of your famiglia!!
