The trip was easy to book on the app. The driver was on time at the port and very friendly. The trip in to Rome was pleasant with the drop off as we requested at the Coliseum. The return trip to the port was just as pleasant. Communication with the driver was easy through the WhatsApp.

We stepped off the ship and Andre was waiting for us. His Mercedes was spotless, and AC worked beautifully (it was 90+ degree day) We traded text/What'sApp info so we could communicate once we left car in Rome to make rendezvous or timing changes easily. He was charming, kind and informative. He returned us to ship at end of the day with time to spare. Private car as opposed to tour bus -- no question!

Excellent service. Driver was waiting for us when we got off the ship. Very knowledgeable about the area and spoke very good English. Picked a meeting spot at the end of the day and they were on time and got us back to the ship in plenty of time.
