Edson, the owner of Sami Tours, put together an awesome custom private half day tour of La Paz for us. We rode several teleferico lines and saw numerous sights around town. The tour flowed really well and we tasted some great snacks as well. Edson shared stories of the past and present with us and made us feel welcome in Bolivia. I highly recommend this tour.

Nickey from Sami Tours gave us an amazing custom private tour of La Paz. We sent Sami Tours in advance a list of things we wanted to see and do and they built a custom tour for us. The guide was knowledgeable and fun and we learned a ton about Bolivia's history and culture. I highly recommend this tour company.

This was a great intro to the city tour. Edson started by taking me to plaza Murillo and the witches market, before heading off to the cemetery and other neighborhoods and the valley of the moon. He was so knowledgeable about all the things we were seeing and la Paz’s history. 1000% recommendations!

Fantastic experience with our young tour guide Cristiano/Cristian (so sorry if I am butchering his name). He had a wealth of knowledge about the city, government, and the spots we visited. We loved his pacing and was a pleasurable person to be around despite our tiredness from the last leg of our trip. We appreciated his laid back energy but also his efforts to make conversation when necessary. 10/10 experience!

This was a fantastic tour. Edson and Sergio were amazing. Great communication. Very kind and thoughtful. They took what I wanted to see and planned the perfect day. When I stayed a little longer than planned at the MamaniMamani Gallery they were very patient and even translated what I wanted with the artist as I made a purchase. There was some unrest in the city with closed roads and police and they navigated around that and got me back to my hotel safely. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! They certainly deserve it. Thank you!

I am from the USA and have experienced many travels to South and Central
America, but going to La Paz for the first time was overwhelming! It's a large hustle, bustle, vibrant, energetic, very congested city with many means of transportation to get around, so having Benny as a guide allowed me to thoroughly see and understand the history of La Paz! He lives there, and is an expert on how to navigate the transit system.
He is professional, courteous, very patient and will customize your tour to all the sightseeing that you're interested in. Also, he will give advice on what and how you should efficiently see the city.
The price will include a couple of snacks along the way and all of the transportation. I went through Viator to book the tour, then Benny connected with me on WhatsApp. He was very responsive to any questions I had! Benny is his nickname so his name may appear differently on the WhatsApp. In any case, I highly recommend at least a four hour, but no longer than six hour tour to get the best experience in seeing La Paz!

This tour was such a great value. Edson is a great guy full of knowledge and interesting facts about La Paz, and he made great effort to show me everything. I'm very grateful for this experience because I had very little time in transit in La Paz, and am a solo female, so having someone trusted show me around was super valuable. Our guide ‘Edson’ was the perfect host! He spoke excellent English, he was very informative and enthusiastic. He was proactive with all communications (via WhatsApp) before the tour, which was very reassuring. He was on time to collect us from our hotel and he delivered everything he promised. This is a great tour for anyone who likes to walk and who likes to get amongst the locals. We travelled using local transport and really felt we had experienced La Paz first hand.

Midway through the trip, you will stop and get snack+water which is part of the trip and I thought it was a nice gesture. Some tours charge more but you never receive even water.

The tour around La Paz and El Alto was very nice. We visited some important parts of the city and Edson was such a great guide. He was able to provide an in-depth look into Bolivian history, politics, and society that helped to get to know the city a bit more. Highly recommend.

Nice tour guide but the “private” tour consisted of taking public transportation, busses and walking to the various sites. Not what I was expecting to be picked up at the hotel by the guide and walked 2 blocks to catch a public minibus. Nonetheless my guide did his best to provide a good tour of the areas I wanted to visit, but sure not what I anticipated as “private.” To be fair, the description of the tour did include public transportation as the option, but hard to see when booking a private tour.

Using a tour guide is a good idea when visiting La Paz of Bolivia. This city is in developing, there are lots of people and lots of traffics. My tour guide saved my time.

This tour is great! Edson, my guide, is amazing, he showed me the most important parts of the city, we took the cable cars (multiple lines!), we even managed to see the moon valley! Moreover he told me so many things about his city and his country, I learned so much about La Paz and, generally speaking, about Bolivian history, culture and traditions. The tour is totally worth it and I recommend it to people who do not have much time to spend in La Paz but still want to learn as much as possible about it.

O guia não possuía um transporte próprio. Tivemos que fazer o percurso todo a pé (quando não estávamos no teleférico).
Alem de cansativo nos tomou muito tempo. Ficamos restritos a 2 ou três atrações/ponto turístico listado no anuncio. No mais o rapaz que foi nosso guia foi muito simpáticos e cordial.

We are surprised you were expecting a private vehicle as the description of our product does not mention the tour is carried out in a private vehicle. It would not make much sense either as there are only small portions of the tour that require a vehicle reason why a taxi is much more practical and as you can see from our reviews our customers enjoy the diverse forms of transportation taken. All our tours no matter how short the passenger required it to be have had at the very least a 3 hour duration while some have required up to 7 hours. In any case you most definitely see more than 2 or 3 attractions. As you can see from our many other reviews, your review does not reflect the service that most people love from us.

ウユニへのトランジットで時間があったので利用しました。案内はこちらの行きたいところをアレンジしてくれPerfectです。
美味しいスープ屋にも連れて行ってもらいました。ただこちらの移動料金はケーブルカー等一部を除き代金に含まれていません。しかしながら空港に荷物を預け、バスやケーブルカーの乗り継ぎ等安くて早い移動方法をアレンジしてくれます。
基本お任せ状態でいいので楽です。
日本人でも英語等でコミュニケーションとれる方にはお勧めです。
