What a great experience! The guides were so friendly from start to finish. Everything felt very safe, and the 12 cables were fantastic! They had great views, including the La Fortuna Waterfall. It was pretty set back, so everything you saw was all jungle. The cables were long, so it wasn’t over in the blink of an eye. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and would do again!

We did the 12 zip line activity. I had never done a zip line before so I was a bit nervous. The set up is professional and safe. Staff was great and an extra shoutout to Luis and Alonso for their kindness and help.
A few tips
Wear bike shorts or workout leggings ladies
Plan to get dirty
This is not for those out of shape or with physical limitations. The hike up is challenging and you have to do that to each elevation.

So fun! The ziplines are longer and faster than we expected! Guides were awesome. One thing to note…it’s a big hike up many steps to get to the first platform. They have multiple water stations that help!

The whole experience was amazing. If you do the 12 line experience, there is a bit of hiking/steps, but very worth it. We are a group of 7, and the whole group had about 18 total in our group and the timing was good. The staff was amazing!! Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic experience zip lining! The entire adventure was so much fun, and the views were absolutely incredible. The guides were amazing! The Zipline company staff and equipment are very thorough and well maintained. I am 78 and one guide was very watchful and caring for my safety. He wisely advised me to reconsider a part of the excursion due to altitude and steep steps. I missed a few lines with my granddaughter but joined the group for most of the lines. The guides informed my teenage granddaughter and assisted her. We had a fantastic time and this satisfied a dream for me to Zipline through the rainforest. I have great memories and photos of the LaFortuna waterfall. The thrill of successfully zipping through the rainforest was all that I anticipated. The guides made this experience wonderful 😊👍.

The 12 Ziplines were exhilarating. I've done other Ziplines, but never so many back-to-back and at some really good heights & speeds. However, what really made this a great experience was Jonathon...he gave us the history of this particular zipeline and was very knowledgeable about a lot of things in and around the area. You could tell he loved his job and the company and genuinely cared about making it a great experience.

Best zipline I've ever experienced. The hiking up with gear can be trying. Saw people struggle with this. If you treat it like a workout, it's good.

This tour, hands down, is amazing. The staff is so friendly, jokes around with you and makes this experience so enjoyable. Nothing like flying over the most extraordinary views you will ever see. Would do it a million times over!

The tour guides were very knowledgeable and took safety seriously. We loved the 12 zip lines especially ones that were very long and we could go fast. The weather was perfect and we didn’t have to wait very long to go from line to line.

Overall okay experience with ziplining and transportation to and from our hotel. The view of the waterfall was nice and the guide even pointed out a frog to us on the way. Be aware that there is a bit of a hike to some of the zipline locations and that there are only a few chances to get water along the way. We were pretty nervous because we had never done a zipline where you have to put your hand on the line behind you (with a glove on). A lot of the guides didn’t explain much and mostly relied on you to stop yourself, which made the experience a bit more stressful and less fun than anticipated. We’ve ziplined before, but this was a bit much for us.
