What a great experience! The guides were so friendly from start to finish. Everything felt very safe, and the 12 cables were fantastic! They had great views, including the La Fortuna Waterfall. It was pretty set back, so everything you saw was all jungle. The cables were long, so it wasn’t over in the blink of an eye. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and would do again!

A fun time! The zip lines were really cut through the rainforest -- and many of them were quite long runs. It was just my wife and I, but we were with other groups with young families (ages around 8 - 12). They all seemed to be having a blast.
It was a very professionally run tour. It felt safe all the time. Our group was in the 15 - 18 people range, and there were at least 5 people from the zip line company out on the course with us.
There seemed to be many different zip line tours in the area -- very happy we chose this one!

Beautiful and fun filled experience. Our family of 4 had a blast. The guides were super nice. The ziplines were exhilarating and allowed us to view the forest and waterfalls from above.
But yes, there were a ton of people so we were a bit herded through, at times for the risk of safety. Another family with us were pushed so fast through that there was not a guide to catch them at the receiving end, resulting in a crash to the platform.
There is a big hike up to the first cables, so be prepared for a workout. We loved that, but others found it a bit much.

Really fun experience. All of the guides were so enjoyable, patient and kind. We had two teenage daughters with us and they also had a blast. They had to go with a guide for a few of the zip lines (because of their low weight), but they actually felt safer and more relaxed doing that and didn’t mind at all. Thanks for the fun memories.

Zip lining and staff were amazing.. too bad ordering pictures and paying cash from your table that’s along with the zip lining is a fraud. Never received my zip lining photos. Had a booth there and had a phone number to call which I called all week. Went zipping March 22 at 11 am . Very disappointed we paid and didn’t get the photos..

In an effort to make up lost time, the operators decided to send my daughter and I down the zip line with a woman half our size. We did not know it at the time, but there was no one waiting at the other end to catch us and she was unable to stop the zip line and we slammed into the blue poles. Luckily my daughter was not hurt. I honestly don’t know how she didn’t break anything. My neck and back were spasming from the impact. While I found the staff very friendly and doing everything they could to make the experience enjoyable, this unsafe decision overshadowed the entire experience and therefore I felt I had to write this review.

What an awesome experience! This was thrilling and exhilarating and simply awesome! My daughter felt a little uncomfortable at first and the guides were so great with her, they let her ride tandem to get her accustomed. After that she did great! It was an absolute blast! Book the tour!

Super exciting and fun! My 14 year olds loved it. It felt very safe and the guides were awesome. They were fun and also took their jobs seriously. My only complaints would be that you really can’t see the actual La Fortuna waterfall when you zip by. You do get an excellent view of another gorgeous waterfall but not the main one. They also told us to be there at 8, but we didn’t actually do anything but wait for everyone else to get there and situated. They did put us in the first bus to go up so that was good. My favorite part was they let us hike down to the waterfall after and we were on the less busy side so that was amazing! The people on the other side tried to come over and a few did but they got whistles blown at them. We even saw a toucan! I appreciated that they asked for tips at the ziplining but I felt no pressure. I would also like to give a heads up that there are a lot of stairs and a lot of climbing. Both with the ziplining and the hike down to the waterfall. You have to be in relatively good shape.

This experience was amazing! All of the guides were incredibly helpful, especially Alfonso. He truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I was really nervous about my first zipline, but he offered to go with me, which immediately put me at ease. I would definitely recommend booking with Arenal Mundo Aventura!

We had an incredible zip lining experience! The staff explained everything throughly and made sure everyone was safe the entire time! There was a bit of a joke to get to the top, but well worth it for the views and zip lines! We also went over two waterfalls! Highly recommend for anyone visiting La Fortuna!

Zipping was so much fun! The guides were very helpful and charismatic. My mom had a knee replacement a year ago and the guides really helped make it a positive and smooth experience as there are a lot of stairs to climb in two spots. The lines were really fun and scenic. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience ziplining through the jungle in La Fortuna with our family. From the first zipline, our kids were hooked and I'm glad we booked for the 12 ziplines. Seeing La Fortuna waterfall while zipping through the air was a highlight. Most of the time the kids went tandem with a guide but there were a couple where they were able to go themselves. The guides know which ones allow for their lighter weight. I would definately recommend it!

My partner and I were in a group of 25+ people. It was a little bit of a slow start with the number of people but after the first zip line, there was less of a wait. I wish I could’ve enjoyed it a little more as I was so focused on keeping my one hand “here”, the other “here”, my legs like “this”, looking for signals at the end of the zip line to brake or not brake. From the views I did see, they were quite pretty. One of the zip lines was over La fortuna waterfall, but you had to look behind you to see it for the few seconds you could see it. The guides are nice and talkative. Would recommend more for the experience of zip lining over the views

Excellent experience and would recommend if capable. Was asked by staff a few times if I would like to do the easier option of 7 ziplines when I paid for 12. I guess they assessed that I might not be capable. Nor do they mention that there is no refund for the difference in price. Other than that, all was good. I had no problem with the ziplines.

This ziplining tour was the best part of my trip to la Fortuna. The guides were all great and made everyone feel safe while also cracking jokes. There is a little bit of a hike in the beginning which may be difficult for older ages. The views were amazing. I highly recommend.

I have done ziplining in the Arenal area with another company and rated that experience 5/5. I wanted to try something different this time and was excited about the waterfalls. I would say the waterfalls don't add that much to the experience and the amount of stairs and walking you have to do with this tour was exhausting so it did steal some of the fun! I'm middle aged and in fairly decent shape, but I had several people on my tour that were in extremely good shape and they struggled just as much as I did so take that into consideration when booking. Some of the crew were great too...Thanks Jonathan and Marvin for making my adventure more special!!

Fantastic. Guides were great. We all loved it. BTW the hikes are not a big deal at all.. Not sure why some reviewers are negative about that.. And my wife is terrified of anything fast or high and she did great.

The zip lining part was fine but they were suppose to pick us up at 7:40 and made a big emphasis that they only wait 5 mins. We waited till 7:50, mins you it’s raining. We call them, they tell us they’re running late. We walk into the lobby from the street because we have been waiting in the rain for 10 mins now. 7:52 they tell us they’re running late are here. 7:54 we come out and they left didn’t even wait 5 mins despite being late. Then when we get there and I try to tell Maria the lady at the front about how they just left us, instead of listening to me she keeps cutting me off and yelling at me. You can def do this experience it’ll be fun but I cried because of how rude the lady at the front was - so just know you’ll probably be treated the same. she was like 20 years older than me and just sat there screaming instead of having the slightest bit of empathy. i have all the Whatsapp texts and calls of the interaction.
