My husband and I had a wonderful time exploring Kyoto with our guide Eric. He was very knowledgeable about Japanese history & showed us unique temples. We requested a driver to take us around and was very helpful as well. The tour was 4 hours and we got to see highlights. Would definitely recommend this tour and hope to do it again with Eric in the future.

Eric was a fantastic tour guide and provided wonderful information complete with added historical information and pictures from textbooks he brought. Catered the schedule to insure we focused on what we wanted and made suggestions for how to maximize our time. I recommend this tour and especially with Eric.

We had a fabulous time looking at shrines, the Gion district and the bamboo forest.
Niall was an excellent guide. He ensured we did the activities we wanted and explained about Japanese culture.

We (myself, son and girlfriend) were fortunate enough to spend an amazing day with Niall touring Kyoto. He took us via private transportation to all the highlights in the city but really did customize the tour to liking. He was charming and so fun to spend a day with. He provided so much information and tips for us. One of our group is vegan and he went Out of his way to make sure that she was able to participate in an amazing lunch. He also provided her with some excellent restaurant recommendations. We all voted this out favourite tour during our 12 days in Japan and would highly recommend it to anyone.

What a perfect tour for a perfect day in Kyoto! Niall planned out a wonderful tour through Kyoto! It had a little bit of everything, getting to see several wonderful spots, getting all the history, learning a ton of culture and even some Japanese! Was definately the highlight of my trip!! Highly recommended!!
