Only 16 years and above is permitted to ride the ATV.
Participants will be required to sign the Liability Release Form before riding.
Strictly no passengers on ATV. However, in unavoidable circumstances (case-to-case basis), rider will ride under the supervision of the experienced guides/instructors.

Never ride the ATV under the influence of alcohols, drugs or other medication that impairs judgment or coordinations. Doing so can result in serious injury.
No excessive speeds while riding.
Always wear the helmets provided by the Operator during rides.
Respect other riders and the environment. You will be held responsible for damages to the ATV due to the rider’s carelessness and recklessness or violation of the rules and regulations.
No riding in unapproved areas - designated areas and trails provided by the Operator only.
The Operator reserve the right to withdraw, stop or refuse any rider who do not comply to the rules and regulations. In such circumstances there shall be no refund for the hiring charges.
An additional surcharge of USD 10 per person for hotel pickup outside 5km radius from the city center is applicable and payable on the day of your activity.
Important !! Please be aware that the off road track includes uneven terrain, obstacles, or changes in trail conditions such as mud, loose gravel, or rocks. Not recommended for those who has no experience of ATV off road adventures.

Not worth the price. The excursion was advertised as a 2-3 hr tour, however, It only lasted 1 hour. Tried contacting support, and no one got back to me.

pick up from hotel was prompt, tour guide on the quads was very informative and alerted us to the changes of the track. our ride only went for 1 hour, not the 1.5-2 hours as expected but there was a continue on track which was available to us if wanted.

Too danerous and scary

The ATV tour through the jungle was such a hard and dangerous ride that it was not really fun. We have two teenage boys who love adventurous things and even they thought it was more scary than fun. The ride was up and down very steep and rugged paths, so you couldn't do anything but focus on riding. It would have been so much more fun if there had been some up and down but also some easier paths so you could take in the surrounding jungle and enjoy the experience.

Not what I was expecting We have done a quad bike tour before in Australia and loved it When booking it stated you could pick beginner to advanced But when there there is no beginner track, we asked & were told no, there is just the one option and it’s VERY rocky VERY uneven tracks and VERY steep hills Guide was fantastic and helped us but didn’t speak great English You couldn’t go fast as there is no normal flat track, it was challenging the whole way, more of an obstacle course I would call it And the REWARD of the waterfall was very disappointing, wasn’t worth wearing our bathers as there was no swimming hole There was a very high climb to climb up but that wasn’t worth the effort either Hand was so sore the next day as coming back down you are pretty much on the brakes the whole way Some of us in the group enjoyed it but I didn’t find it fun, I found it stressful

Fun, Unique Adventure to see Natural Sites in KL

I did this activity on my own and had the best time! The staff was fun and helpful, especially on the more difficult parts of the journey. It is a thrilling experience, just be prepared for some off roading involving hills and mud! Overall, a fun and adventurous activity to do if you want to see the more natural sites in KL.

Best part was my driver Steve of Asni from the pick up location. Very friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and made sure I was taken care of from the moment he arrives until the good-bye drop off. The atv activity is a bit short. My guide spoke very little English, but impressive with his ability to guide at his young age. You are taken to a natural waterfall. It was peaceful and a great experience overall. The ride back to the starting point is a bit scary, because it was mostly down hill, once again the guide was very cautious and careful. Would definitely do it again.

This was a great start to the day. The private transfer from hotel to the park and return made things nice and easy. The tour itself was about 1 hour of riding including a stop at the pretty waterfall. Significant savings could be made by organising your own transport and paying at the park yourself. Cash only apparently.

The driver (Nesan) was right on time and had a great personality. The price for the experience was fair and we felt well cared for throughout the trip. As a group consisting of two Americans and one European, they did a great job guiding us through the process. The actual ATV adventure ride was everything we hoped it would be. First of all, I am not the most outdoorsy person as my husband it, but we wanted to experience the rain forest in a fun unique way. We both have experience with four wheelers and motorcycles and if you do, it is will come in handy. We signed up for the over the mountain trail to the dam that was described as having some challenging up and down hilly rocky trails. We thought this would be the better package as it was also the longest time too. After we had a training session, it was just the two of us with our guide. We go the beginning of the trail and it was straight up. I was willing but the guide stopped to tell us that it would be very rocky and up hill for a while and because it had rained the day before, he gave us the choice to continue on or go on the train to the waterfall. Because even the guide seemed a little on the cautious side, we did elect to go on the shorter trail to the waterfall. On this trail, it has plenty of challenges with rocky paths, ups and downs and the reward was certainly the hidden waterfall in the beautiful lush forest. We got to enjoy the waterfall about half an hour. We then traveled back the same path. It was so much fun. Your guide is with you the whole time and safety is very important so they keep an eye on their guests. It's nothing glamorous, but it is a blast. Just make sure you choose the best trail package for you and be realistic about your capabilities.
