No riding in unapproved areas - designated areas and trails provided by the Operator only.

Respect other riders and the environment. You will be held responsible for damages to the ATV due to the rider’s carelessness and recklessness or violation of the rules and regulations.

Never ride the ATV under the influence of alcohols, drugs or other medication that impairs judgment or coordinations. Doing so can result in serious injury.
Only 16 years and above is permitted to ride the ATV.
Strictly no passengers on ATV. However, in unavoidable circumstances (case-to-case basis), rider will ride under the supervision of the experienced guides/instructors.
What To Bring ( Optional ) Insect repellent, sun block, camera, light snack.If you would like to take a dip in the waterfall (for Package B & C), a new set of clothing and towel is highly recommended.Toilets with shower facilities available at the base.
What To Wear T-shirts or any comfortable and breathable clothing. Long pants, Jeans or Bermuda. Sports shoes or Sneakers. Slippers or Beach Thong is not appropriate. No high heels for women.
If The weather bad you will get alternative date.
A new set of clothing and a towel are recommended. Toilets with shower facilities are available at the base for your convenience after the adventure.
The duration of the ATV ride can vary between 40 minutes, 1 hour, or up to 1.5 hours, depending on the rider’s ability

AVOID. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM Ride time 30 mins on docile tracks. Even though we booked the longer harder ride. Slow amble there and back. Waterfall you would not swim in. It’s a 2 min stop. Facilities non existent Refund requested but Viator not making it easy. AVOID DO NOT BOOK

In your case, the group completed the track faster due to your riding ability, which naturally shortened the experience. 2. at the waterfall (Mandi Sungai). This stop is optional, and time spent there depends on guest interest. Your group chose not to spend time there. All inclusions—transport, equipment, and ATV ride—were provided as per the listing. We understand the disappointment and respect your opinion, but based on our records, the tour was delivered as advertised. Unfortunately, we cannot support the claim of this being a “scam,” as no service failure occurred. We remain committed to transparency and guest satisfaction, and we hope for the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
