Could have been so much better

After reading other reviews, we were very excited for this. We were picked up on time and were the only two on the tour, guide seemed friendly but didn’t talk for the whole journey there (and back). We went River Rafting first, when we got there our guide and a worker there started shouting at each other about where to park, there was almost some wheel spinning! We tried to find the funny side of it whilst there but it was uncomfortable and very unprofessional. After that we had to wait a while for our tickets as our guide seemed to have problems getting them. But once on the raft, the views were amazing and it was a really fun experience. As other reviews say, the raft guides only speak Polish. Once we got to the other end our guide was there waiting for us. He then drove us to Zakopane. When we arrived we were told we had 3 hours to walk around, he pointed us in the direction of the funicular, suggested a place to eat and then left. At this point we realised we weren’t going to get the cheese tasting that is meant to be included with the tour so had to pay for our own. Like with the rafting, the views were amazing and we managed to stop for a delicious lunch. After 3 hours, we were picked up and dropped back to our hotel. There was no stopping at shops to buy gifts on the way back, no visit to the famous village of wooden houses or wooden church, no ski jump stop and again, no cheese tasting. We were/are disappointed and feel it was not worth the money we paid.
