Hotel pickup is available in Koh Samui for accommodation located near the main road. If you are staying on a hill, please proceed to a nearby hotel or designated meeting point for pickup. Pickup times are between 8:00–8:30 AM and 1:00–1:30 PM. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed by email. Please be ready in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Late arrival or absence may be considered a no-show.
