- Please note that luggage is not permitted on our shared vehicles, as space is reserved for passengers only. Should you need to bring luggage, we recommend booking a private transfer.
- Transfers are available to the same meeting point only. If you wish to be dropped off elsewhere, an additional fee of 500–1,000 THB will be charged depending on the location.
- Playing Time: 2 hrs. Total tour time since starting at pick-up time takes around 4 hours.
- Children under 8 years are not permitted on the ride. Participants must be between the ages of 9-60 yrs old.
- Participants must be able to reach up to the height of at least 120 cm.
- Participants must also not weigh over 120kg to join the activity
- It is NOT advisable that elder people above 61-year-old participate. If you are pregnant or have back, neck, acrophobia, joint or muscular problems, you should carefully consider whether or not to participate
- Please note that the itinerary and timing are approximate and may be modified without notice to fit the tide and local weather conditions
- This activity is not suitable for guests arriving by cruise ship or large boat.
- Please do not change the hotel name within 24 hours before the departure time. If the hotel name is changed within 24 hours, the hotel pick-up service will be cancelled, and guests must go to the meeting point on their own.

This is a fantastic tour! (And this is from someone who doesn’t love tours). The ziplines are fun, with lots of runs and fantastic views! Staff was great, safe and took awesome videos. It was also well organized and not a lot of waiting around - pick up was on time, we were there less than 10 minutes before we got on the ziplines, and after we finished, it was less than 10 minutes before we left.

Zipline itself was great — genuinely worth doing. But avoid this tour operator completely.
This booking is just routed through an agency called OH-HOO, and they’re a mess. We had a 2pm transfer confirmed. They messaged and called multiple times beforehand… then didn’t show up. No driver, no update, nothing.
When I chased it, their “solution” was to wait until 3pm or make our own way by taxi.
Don’t waste money paying commission to an agency that can’t handle basic logistics. BOOK DIRECTLY with the zipline provider — it’s cheaper and you’ll actually get what you booked.

The ziplines are crazy !!! Flying through the jungle . A must if you’re in Koh Samui . And again , so well organised . Transport on time and to the door .

My wife and I did the zipline mid morning, had a hotel pick-up (and drop off), and the staff were excellent. The whole zipline activity was well run and a lot of fun. There are some great views and some ziplines are quite long providing a descent ride. Would recommend it.

A great experience for the whole family. We went with kids aged 6 and 8 and the staff were very kind and helpful moving us through the course. A really fun time but go early in the day as it’s hot!!

I fell ill the morning of my trip and asked if I could swap the day of my activity as this was unexpected and out of my control. I messaged and phoned both Viator and the organiser but felt ignored. This was an expensive trip compared to others I did and I did not want to miss out on the experience so I asked if it was possible to change to another day, but nobody got back to me. I also tried to phone but no answer.

Definitely worth this experience. The view is absolutely stunning throughout the whole programme. The track is a little too easy, not the most adventurous so not physically demanding but definitely worth it cause of the panoramic view. The boys who works there are super helpful, friendly and supportive so you feel safe and comfortable throughout the whole time

Wow. This was amazing do not miss. We enjoyed every second the zip lines are excellent, the crew are great felt very safe and well looked after. The cafe is cool and drinks are good. Would definitely recommend this trip.

We had great fun ziplining through the forest. My partner was very nervous as it is quite high up but perfectly safe and you always have guides to secure you safely on with two points of contact at all times. Views are fab. It gets really busy. We got a taxi from the cruise terminal which was about 30 mins.

The actual zip lining was great, but we had to wait a full hour in the cafe before we were called to Zipline. And then at pickup we had to wait quite a while for the van back into town. The Ziplining was great and very safe. The staff were amazing. The views were incredible. There is a lot of climbing, some quite steep, and then a hill climb at the end before the last Zipline. And of course it's hot. You need to keep this in mind before you book.

This zip line was fast and fun. Having done many over the world this was one of my favourites. The guys took heaps of videos and photos and just airdropped them onto our phone. Was great fun

Great morning, loads of fun and the guys helping were great. Start out with a couple of smaller zip lines and the last few were longer. Guys made sure they followed each of us at least once and got a great video following us on the zip line. Highly recommend although we didn’t see the waterfall.

We had an unforgettable time at Tree Bridge Zipline in Koh Samui. From start to finish, everything was incredibly well-organized via What’s App. The staff were not only friendly and professional but also made safety a top priority, which really put my mind at ease.
The zipline itself was thrilling and offered some stunning views—definitely a unique way to see the beauty of the island. I was also impressed by how much value the experience offered for the price. It was well worth it and exceeded my expectations.

Great fun. You get to experience 8 different zip lines. The staff were very entertaining and humorous, which made the experience that much better. Would definitely recommend. The drinks at the cafe are tasty too.
