All the food and demonstrations were excellent , shown how to make each dish together , staff were amazing Lat made the whole experience and I would encourage anyone thinking of a cooking experience to do this one its the best.

We had a wonderful time at the cooking class. Chef Lat gave us a great introduction to the Thai cuisine and we prepared ourselves under her supervision Pad Thai, two different curries and a papaya salad.
The instructions were easy to follow and the ingredients came from her own organic farming which is next to the open space kitchen. Absolutely remarkable.
We can only highly recommend this class.

My sister and I took Lat's Thai Cooking Class in December and it was such a wonderful experience. Lat is super charming, sweet, professional and has great knowledge in Thai Cuisine, not to mention everything she taught us about he organic garden.
The food we made and ate was incredible and we had he best time cooking in her outdoor kitchen.
I have no doubt that I will be back next time I'm in Koh Smaui.

Fantastic cooking class with Chef Lat (Dec 10). Traditional recipes, super fresh ingredients, and the farm visit was a highlight. Chef Lat is hilarious, super knowledgeable, and a great teacher. The Pad Thai recipe was easy, authentic, and honestly the best - I am so excited to make this at home for my family. Loved the E-Book she provided and it was a bonus that you can buy her products afterward (the moringa is amazing). Highly recommend this farm to table experience. Make sure you go hungry!

Chef Lat was extremely enthusiastic and enjoyable to have as a teacher. She was very informative but at the same time made the experience so much fun! We learnt about her garden and all the flavours/ingredients we would be using in each dish.

Our farm-to-table cooking class in Koh Samui was one of the best experiences of our trip. The class began with a walk through the farm. You can truly taste the difference when everything comes straight from the garden.
The highlights were making Tom Yum and Papaya Salad completely from scratch. The instructors showed us how to balance the flavors the authentic Thai way—sweet, sour, salty, and spicy—all while keeping the atmosphere relaxed and fun. It felt like cooking with friends who genuinely love sharing their culture and food.
The hosts were warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. The whole experience felt authentic, hands-on, and far from anything touristy.
If you’re looking for a meaningful cooking class that teaches real Thai techniques with fresh local ingredients, this Koh Samui farm-to-table experience is an absolute must.

This is a great hands-on Thai cooking experience. Chef Lat takes you into her garden to explain organic farming techniques. You will handle the knife, the wok and the ladle, matching her moves as you prepare amazing aromatic dishes. Her kitchen assistants are busy helping too. This was a fun and in-depth half day with a teaching pro!

Chef Lat was a great teacher, very informative and engaging! My husband has never cooked in his entire life and he was able to cook Pad Thai Prawn, Papaya salad, Tom Yon and chicken in coconut cream/milk soup! All were so very tasty! Fresh fruits and ice cream dessert included! Amazing experience!!!

From the time we were picked up till hotel was the most amazing day. Very well organised, food delicious, chef Lat and staff made the day fun and memorable. From the second we arrived, we felt welcomed to Chef Lat’s beautiful home. We enjoyed a cold drink on arrival while we learned about the history of the farm. It was interesting to learn about the different herbs used in Thai cooking and which to use for which dish. Everything is so well organised and seamlessly executed by the staff there. The food we made was delicious and we’re feeling inspired to try the dishes when we get home. A must do experience when in Samui.

Truly one of the best experiences we have done on a trip. Chef Lat and her family have a beautiful farm and indoor outdoor kitchen set up. She so warm and welcomed us with a big smile. Each of us had our own cooking station. Her staff worked hard to make sure we had all our ingredients ready to go for each dish. We had a tour of her farm and she explained how she has set it all up from scratch over the years and also ran through all the ingredients essential to thai cooking. We made four dishes and enjoyed them around the table with other fellow travellers. Highly recommend for anyone coming to Samui.

We had great time cooking Thai dishes such as Pad Thai and Tom yum under the expert guidance of Chef Lat and her team. Lat was passionate about growing her own produce and cooking with fresh ingredients, she and her team were on hand at every stage of the cooking demonstration to gently guide and answer any questions we had. We especially liked her thoughtfulness in providing cold drinks and towels for our hands on our arrival, and throughout our cooking class.
