Hawks adventure zip line was seamlessly organized. The pickup was on time, the van was excellent, the check-in and safety harness setup was quick, and most importantly, the staff were friendly and fun. We had a great time.

This is an amazing family experience. The staff is energetic, well organized, and fun! Be prepared to do some hiking and climbing, but nothing too extreme. The transportation was easy with the pickup directly at our hotel. Highly recommend the photo package, you get tons of good pics for the price and can fully enjoy the experience without trying to capture it on your phone.

Poor organisation, safety issues

We booked a 10am slot. We arrived 30min prior (as requested from the team) at 9:30am but waited until 10:20 to finally start. Since we had plans afterwards this was very annoying. The staff didn't really care about this issue: they didn't listen to our problem nor tried to find a solution. The Zipline Park itself is great and definitely worth a visit. We were hosted by two guides: tchibo and Jojo. Jojo was great - he made the experience really unforgettable, asked about our wellbeing and we had a lot of fun with him. Tchibo also was very nice guy but at the last 15 lines he was only scrolling in his phone, watching random videos which kind of killed the vibe. Regarding the saftey: in our home country it's a safety standard to always be attached to the rope with at least one carabiner. This is different in Thailand. While changing the lines there are times when you are not attached. On the higher platforms this felt scary und not fully safe. Also there are some Abseiling platforms with up to 40m. During the abseiling the guard safes you only with their hands and not with an additional automated system in case the rope slips from their hands. They know what they are doing but it still was scary.

Thoroughly enjoyed this zipline which I did with my children. The staff are very well trained and conscientious and great at putting everyone at ease. Two staff completed the course with us and they did all the hooking and unhooking of the equipment so we could relax. Highly recommend this and I think the extra ziplines on the gold experience are worth it.

This was a brilliant experience. Very well run from start to finish with excellent safety. The Team were brilliant that looked after us and they work really hard. No need to worry about doing the connections yourselves (if you compare it to Go Ape) as they do it all for you at every station. We paid for the gold package which is well worth it as you get longer zip lines at the end. We also paid for the photo package which was also worth it and meant you didn’t have to risk taking your phone on the course. There are lockers at the beginning so you can take a small/medium bag with you. At the end there are free drinks (tea, coffee, soft drinks, water) and some sweet nibbles. Water is also provided on the course. Very good experience and very well planned.

Loved the actual zip lining experience. The team clearly has a lot of experience and they are fun and know how to get a decent photo. Felt like everyone was just there to have a good time. Only fault I have with the experience is that the van up and also arrival and departure felt really strange. There was no one giving directions, it was all completely silent. We didn’t know who our guides were, what we were meant to do, eventually people started gathering so we followed. Even the van pickup wasn’t 100% clear which company it was for and there was no concept of how long it will take to get to zip lining from our hotel.

A great experience in Koh Samui if you want to fly like a hawk above the trees accompanied by beautiful views. Service was 100 percent worth the price, zip lines and descending platforms were cool, transfer from and to a hotel. You have light refreshment included, instructors Harry and Tao were very skilled and focused on safety of all individuals and also funny. They double check your harness before you leave starting point. Do not bother to buy a silver pass, go for gold it is worth it and you would not want to end your fun so quick. We enjoyed activity.

What a great day out well worth every penny. Great team of guides who put safety first and were very encouraging and entertaining. I definitely go again. It’s a bit of a climb so I wouldn’t recommend it if you have mobility issues. My partner and I are in our 50s and we managed easily. It proves you’re never too old to have fun.

Amazing zipline experience. We took the Silver package (shorter) and had a blast zipping back and forth between high trees and the tropical forest. The team is experienced and keeps everybody safe. Pick up and drop off from our AirBnB was included, which was also convenient. Highly recommend this tour

If you're thinking of choosing between Silver or Gold, take Gold! The longest ziplines are in that package and they're awesome. The vertical drops (30/15/40m) are also very cool. If you're a bit scared, ask the guides firmly to be slowly lowered down. You can also ask for "not slowly", heh. The overall experience was top notch! The pick-up amd drop-off service, all communication, the guides in the park, the safety and....the rides across, through, and above the jungle! Thank you this thrilling adventure!

BEWARE: Deceptive Pricing and Fake "Low Price Guarantee"

The Zipline experience by Hawk Adventure was great, but DO NOT book it through Viator. I was charged 5,500 THB for the "Gold Hawk Package" after being explicitly promised by Viator that this was the best possible price. Later, I discovered that the exact same package is sold locally for only 3,800 THB per couple (1,900 THB per person). This is a massive 45% markup for no reason. When I presented Viator with clear, written proof from the local agency, they refused to honor their own "Low Price Guarantee" using pathetic technical excuses about currency. They are knowingly overcharging tourists and then hiding behind a 24-hour cancellation policy to trap you. Save your money: Book directly with local agencies in Koh Samui for half the price. Viator's pricing integrity is non-existent.

This was a well organised, safe and fun activity. We managed to book the gold packages that allowed us to complete 20 lines. Was such incredible views, thrills and all safely done in the hands of our two guides. It was really nice to see they were looking out for the safety of us all in our group and still managing to keep aware of the groups that were around us. Felt like a true team effort. All that in consideration they were really looking for us to have a super fun time so told us when was good to let go, speed up a little and get the best out of our experience. Couldn’t have asked for more!!

Experience felt rushed. Too many groups at one time, which leads to rushing. I had to check my safety a few times, since it unlocked. The photographer only took pictures for families, which means the experience was not captured through any pictures. Would not recommend.

This looked so good, we just had to try it. And it was great! The staff were very good with a good sense of humour. We felt safe all the time, even though my wife and I are both scared of heights. We did the gold package, which includes the longest ziplines and an extra abseiling. We thought it was worth the extra money. It was an exhilarating experience, and I highly recommend this adventure.
