Loved the actual zip lining experience. The team clearly has a lot of experience and they are fun and know how to get a decent photo. Felt like everyone was just there to have a good time.
Only fault I have with the experience is that the van up and also arrival and departure felt really strange. There was no one giving directions, it was all completely silent. We didn’t know who our guides were, what we were meant to do, eventually people started gathering so we followed. Even the van pickup wasn’t 100% clear which company it was for and there was no concept of how long it will take to get to zip lining from our hotel.

A great experience in Koh Samui if you want to fly like a hawk above the trees accompanied by beautiful views. Service was 100 percent worth the price, zip lines and descending platforms were cool, transfer from and to a hotel. You have light refreshment included, instructors Harry and Tao were very skilled and focused on safety of all individuals and also funny. They double check your harness before you leave starting point. Do not bother to buy a silver pass, go for gold it is worth it and you would not want to end your fun so quick. We enjoyed activity.

What a great day out well worth every penny. Great team of guides who put safety first and were very encouraging and entertaining. I definitely go again. It’s a bit of a climb so I wouldn’t recommend it if you have mobility issues. My partner and I are in our 50s and we managed easily. It proves you’re never too old to have fun.

Great experience. Fun team. Great ziplines. The rope drops are cool. We had some rain and it weas even fun to do it in the rain. Very nice experience overall.

Whole experience was very rushed. Like they were just trying to get us out of there as soon as possible. Guides were friendly enough. Helmets stank of dried sweat. They need to clean them better.

Amazing zipline experience. We took the Silver package (shorter) and had a blast zipping back and forth between high trees and the tropical forest.
The team is experienced and keeps everybody safe. Pick up and drop off from our AirBnB was included, which was also convenient.

If you're thinking of choosing between Silver or Gold, take Gold! The longest ziplines are in that package and they're awesome. The vertical drops (30/15/40m) are also very cool. If you're a bit scared, ask the guides firmly to be slowly lowered down. You can also ask for "not slowly", heh.
The overall experience was top notch! The pick-up amd drop-off service, all communication, the guides in the park, the safety and....the rides across, through, and above the jungle!

The Zipline experience by Hawk Adventure was great, but DO NOT book it through Viator. I was charged 5,500 THB for the "Gold Hawk Package" after being explicitly promised by Viator that this was the best possible price.
Later, I discovered that the exact same package is sold locally for only 3,800 THB per couple (1,900 THB per person). This is a massive 45% markup for no reason.
When I presented Viator with clear, written proof from the local agency, they refused to honor their own "Low Price Guarantee" using pathetic technical excuses about currency. They are knowingly overcharging tourists and then hiding behind a 24-hour cancellation policy to trap you.
Save your money: Book directly with local agencies in Koh Samui for half the price. Viator's pricing integrity is non-existent.

This was a well organised, safe and fun activity. We managed to book the gold packages that allowed us to complete 20 lines. Was such incredible views, thrills and all safely done in the hands of our two guides. It was really nice to see they were looking out for the safety of us all in our group and still managing to keep aware of the groups that were around us. Felt like a true team effort. All that in consideration they were really looking for us to have a super fun time so told us when was good to let go, speed up a little and get the best out of our experience. Couldn’t have asked for more!!

Experience felt rushed. Too many groups at one time, which leads to rushing. I had to check my safety a few times, since it unlocked. The photographer only took pictures for families, which means the experience was not captured through any pictures. Would not recommend.

This looked so good, we just had to try it. And it was great! The staff were very good with a good sense of humour. We felt safe all the time, even though my wife and I are both scared of heights. We did the gold package, which includes the longest ziplines and an extra abseiling. We thought it was worth the extra money. It was an exhilarating experience, and I highly recommend this adventure.

Pure chaos! Got picked up second and we drove into Samui to pick up more people and drive back past our hotel, an hour waisted! Pick up the furthest away guests first not last!
When we got there the experience was good and safe and so enjoyable but the equipment was very smelly! It needs a good wash, don’t expect to go anywhere after this trip you will need a shower. We didn’t realise we booked Silver, deffo do Gold, that’s the long zips. So we had to wait over an hour for the other group to transfer back. Two men missed their transfer, as they were too busy, they got added to our bus so we spent 30 mins with 11 people in a 9 seater van, not what we paid for. I would also like to highlight that if the driver spent less time on the phone and more time focussing on driving it would be quicker and smoother. At one point we nearly didn’t make it up a hill as he didn’t change gear as one hand was on the wheel and the other holding the phone to his head, the van was screening at him and almost stalled in a busy road! Safety first please!!!!

Regarding the pick up and drop off, we sent your feedback to the driver team to manage more efficiently with the pick up, however with the drop off as of the shared trip, so if people who book the Silver package, they may have to wait after finish playing and back together with the people who book for "Gold Package"
Also, using the phone most of the time during driving is unacceptable, so we seriously talk to the drivers to make sure they would use just the necessary issue only.

I’m glad I got the gold pass because the best bits are at the end which includes the longest zip line and the biggest vertical drop. It’s really safe and the guides are great fun to experience this with. I went on my own and they let me go first each time which was great and they even went with me on one zip line and took a video of me. I did the early booking and was back in the car to my hotel before noon so it doesn’t take up a whole day. They are a great team and I hope everyone tips them because they deserve it :)

My wife and I did this activity and honestly it was the most fun we have had in Thailand (and we have had a lot). The crew were all very knowledgable and we felt very confident and safe in their hands. The views are breathtaking and the feeling of whooshing through the trees was like something out of Jurassic Park. What was also impressive was how much the nature was undisturbed outside of the ziplines and the platforms which was great to see.

The Guides were awesome and we had a lot of fun doing the zip lines. But our group was so big (at least 20 people) we always had to wait very long for our turn.
