Not just a cooking class, great time learning Thai / Samui cultures and Ging answered anything with a great sense of humour and knowledge. Really was a great experience ! Note: don’t eat before you go as you will Definately need some space for what you prepare !!

Excellent experience learning traditional Thai cooking. Our teenage son enjoyed the experience and learning to cook from a professional chef in a leisurely environment.
Food was great, better then most hotels. After the class, we received the recipes for the meal we cooked.

We had such a fun experience cooking delicious, authentic food. After a quick trip to the market we cooked four delicious local meals for lunch. Skip breakfast as there is sooo much food! The school is well run and organised by a Thai couple. We would definitely recommend.

A fabulous morning of cooking after an intro at a local market. Excellent guidance through the process, each station was stocked with everything needed and a helper did the cleanup. All dishes were made from scratch even the coconut milk. We were shown ( and got to try) how to grate the fresh coconut also. The spring rolls were fantastic as were two curries and a dessert. Menu adaptations can be made for dietaries which is nice. We learned lots about how the locals eat and Samui food. I would definitely go back for more cooking!

Ran in a lovely location by an amazing man and wife tea. They were extremely accommodating of my dietary requirements.
We made three courses and used the coconut milk we made ourselves in the recipes. Overall a lovely way to send the morning.
Make sure you go on an empty stomach as they don't scrimp on the portion sizes.

This was a fabulous cooking class run by a local family!!
Cooking was easy, food was fresh and meals tasted wonderful. Huge portion sizes that they will package up for you to take home if you can’t finish.
Options to choose what you will be cooking. Our group didn’t eat seafood and they were very accommodating in letting us choose other menu items.
We were a group of four and the only people for the day doing the cooking class. Small group was nice over large group.
Location is in a beautiful garden, nice and quiet unlike the cooking classes run by the big resorts.

An appetizing experience that began with a tour of the local market then a 3.5 hour cooking class. The husband and wife team, along with two helpers, were very friendly and engaging. We prepared 4-5 dishes but were unable to eat it all so we donated the leftovers to a local family. We learnt a lot about cooking seafood, chicken and dessert. Recipes were emailed to us after the class along with some individual and group photos. In speaking with others in the class, this tour is offered at all Koh Samui hotels/hostals at a cheaper price.
Overall, this cooking class was worth it but come with an empty stomach and appetite!

This was one of the funnest experiences we had in Samui. The team is amazing (King and O were so great and friendly) so passionate about their food and culture and they customized the menu according to our likes and allergies. We made the most the delicious curries and patsy’s salad and mango sticky rice which is EXACTLY what we wanted to do! It was such a fun day.

I really enjoyed this cooking class, the guys that took us to the markets literally took the time to introduce and explain the local produce as well as the different types of influences of other countries into thai dishes, etc.. The cooking was just as enjoyable and the flavors were amazing.

The organisation of the cooking class was excellent, hygiene standards and presentation of the food was top quality. With your feedback for making own curry paste that would be very interesting, however to provide and make the curry paste take very long time and if start from the first process then the customers will not have time to learn how to cook.
Therefore, we may necessarily to cut out some process and focus more on the cooking with all the recipes that the customers can do it at home.
