Katie our tour guide was fantastic , gave us lots of great information and answered all our questions. The museum was very interesting and of course feeding and watching the elephants was amazing . Lots of cold water available and toilets were immaculate . Well worth the money

A wonderful way to spend a morning in Koh Samui. The 9 elephants living in the sanctuary have been rescued from performing in the circus, from logging & from being ridden. They are now being lovingly cared for in their retirement home by truly dedicated staff. We learnt so much from Katy our guide & had the opportunity to observe all the elephants in their jungle & to feed them. Such beautiful gentle giants.
We arrived to Koh Samui by Cruise ship & were a little anxious about the pick up & making it back to the ship on time for an early departure. There was absolutely no need to worry. The tour was very well organized - staff were on the pier to meet us, transport was in clean, air-conditioned vans & we got back to the ship in plenty of time. The Sanctuary is around a 20 minute drive. All in all it was a great experience

Katie was brilliant, I was dubious when I was sat at a table putting pumpkin seeds in clay, but as the tour goes on you literally fall in love with the Elephants, and Katie was funny, charming and a great guide.

It blew me away not only the elephants but the educational and ethical values. Wow. Once in a lifetime you get to feel and see elephants in their habitat. Not for show, not for fun, but to feel their power. I was taking a picture of my parents and one was walking and I had to quickly get out of the way. Truly, amazing, one of the highlights of the trip and the appreciate the tour guides love and commitment to these animals👌

Finding an ethical sanctuary was important to us and this rescue center was exactly that. Our tour guide Angie was extremely knowledgeable and we learned so much about the history of elephants up to now and their stories of how they have come to be at Samui Elephant home. Their dream to build the first Elephant hospital on Koh Samui is inspiring and I really hope they achieve this goal. We were able to feed the elephants and see them in the jungle. It was an eye opening and magical experience we will never forget.

A great experience with elephants and our tour guide was very informative to give us a lot of information about elephants especially at elephant museum. We have to recommend for everyone when traveling at Samui. Must visit elephant museum good for education tourism
