Although we missed the request for our flight details as we were in mid - flight at the time, we were only kept waiting for 20 minutes at pick up so all good.
In future I would offer my flight details well before my trip to avoid any delay. I am sure if we had done this we would have been collected promptly and I would still recommend this company. It was just miscommunication

Booked for 12:30 from airport since my check in wasn’t until 2pm. At 11:45, they started calling me asking where I was. Eventually found driver and he was mad that he had to wait an hour (my booking was for 12:30 and it was 11:55 at this point). He did not say a word to me in the car ride and seemed upset despite my booking being set for 12:30. He got me to my destination but immediately left. Surprised since all other reviews said very kind things. I tried to time my ride to minimize my waiting time but the driver did not care.

Kindly inform you that normally our driver goes to wait for the customers according to the flight landing time as sometimes the flight gets delayed or early from the estimate arrival time.
Calling the customers, it is from our operation team, they just want to check if the customers wait at the right meeting point because it is a bit confused at Samui Airport. But, 30 minutes waiting time is not a problem for us at all.
Regarding with the driver behavior, we already sent him the feedback to make sure he would make the pleasant service to our further customers, however the driver on your day always receives the 5 stars review from the customers, so we are not quite sure if there is any misunderstanding for it.

I used for transfer from the airport to pier. Pick up went smoothly and was very easy. They provided details in advance on where at the airport the driver would be waiting. The driver was waiting with a sign when I arrived. Would use again.

Very kind and nice driver. Waited for the plane which had 1 hour delay. Nicely helped for the luggages. Gave plenty of explanation during the drive.
Consider not arriving during night (like we did) if you need to drive far away like us (Avani resort), the roads are not in top conditions and quite bumpy.
Better price compared to transfers proposed by the hotel.

We specifically said we had a lot of luggage and they show up with an SUV that had 2 jump seats in the back that took up more room. They said they would send a 2nd car but we would have to pay double and I said no I specifically asked for something big enough for 4 adults and 5 suitcases. We ended up putting a suitcase on our laps and drove to the airport. The whole time the driver doesn’t realize we understood Thai and was talking bad about us on the phone. VERY RUDE!

We are really surprised to receive this review from you because it is quite different from the evidence proof messages that you chatted with our team over the WhatsApp.
This service is mentioned clearly on the description that it is not included the accommodations are located on the mountain.
But, your villa is on the mountain and van can not go up. We asked you to please walk down a bit to the flat road for the pick up point, but you gave us the reason that it is impossible because your mom is 78 years old and can not walk down from the hill.
Then, we offered the SUV with Toyota Fortuner and you agreed to use it with the reason that you used this one the same on your arrival date.
On the pick up date, you had many luggages and they couldn't fit in one car, then the driver called to inform the offic to use another car and you had to pay for that because your original booking booked just one car. Once you denied to pay for it then you should accept to put your belongings on the lap as of no place anymore.
Actually, we have the right to cancel your booking because your hotel is not in the list of the pick up service included, but we feel sorry to your mom, so we would try to find the best solutions to serve you.
With the rude words of our driver, I don't think you would completely understand on it because she talked over the phone with the local language that some of them are different from Thai language.
However, it maybe her reaction that seemed to be impolite once talking to the staff at the office. With this regard, I will give her the feedback to be more patient with the customers.

My experience was great. The driver met me at the airport pick up with a sign. We immediately jumped in and he drove me to our hotel. I’m very grateful for the service. It made arriving in a foreign destination stress free. I recommend the service to anyone.

Driver arrived a few minutes before the confirmed time to avoid any delay. Quick check of name and voucher and after that we were on the road. We arrived at the airport with no delay and had a private transport. We can recommend the service and would book at any time again.
