What To Expect
Choose a morning or afternoon departure, and meet your guide at your Koh Samui hotel. The zipline course is located on the scenic southern part of the island, in an untouched spot surrounded by tropical forest. Start the experience with a safety orientation, then don a safety harness and helmet before heading to the first platform. All of the the high-quality equipment is made and safety tested in France.
At each station along the zipline course, an instructor will help you connect and disconnect from the lines, clipping your harness securely to the cable. Start with an easy-going, beginner ride, then work your way to longer ziplines with stunning views of the island. Launch yourself from each platform for a ride that feels like flying, covering a total distance of 2,788 feet (850 meters) in the air.
This family-friendly experience is suitable for adults and children eight years old and above; weight restrictions apply.

Great place to zipline, very good staff and wonderful views. Really enjoyed it. Also the service from the booking team was excellent after our initial booking was overbooked, they promptly arranged an alternative time. Only tip would be to state where you have to pay extra for transport as we were outside the area covered so had to pay extra. Reasonable charge but something for viator to consider mentioning

Good experience and great workers but not worth £50, maybe worth £35 at most. It was done within an hour. The workers/guides on the zip line are what made it worthwhile honestly. So funny and they take photos for you. Great people.

The zipline guides and experience were amazing! They were so animated and got great photos and videos of all of us.
The worst part was the transportation. Our transport was 20 minutes late and took us an hour to get there with traffic. We were a group of nine people and the van was already completely packed with additional 5 sweaty dudes who were drunk and smoking. The transportation up the rough terrain to get to the ziplines was also scary with all of us squished together because the five dudes were sitting on top of eachother and smoking around all of us (including the kids) total time was 4 hours for this experience because of transportation, please be aware. NOTE: Ziplining is amazing but improve transportation please.

Although we had to make a new plan after problems with the first appointment the second time was excellent.
Pick up was on time and the zipline experience was great. Helpful and kind instructors, very beautiful location. I highly recommend to do it.

Awesome experience high above the tree tops zipping along ... get over your fear of heights on this one! Also had an authentic Thai lunch at the end, pick up and drop off to your door.

It’s an ok tour. The buffet and entertainment were mediocre. The crew don’t alert you to any of the sites on the route except for the Grand Palace. The river is very pretty to sail through at night though...

Great local provider! They called the hotel that we were staying at to confirm pickup time and provided travel. The provider spoke great English and provided refreshments before and after the zip-lining. The host then provided transportation back to Koh Samui pier so we could catch our ferry. This is a must To-do on Koh Samui!

Firstly our experience was a bit soured because my husband was refused access to the zip-line due to his weight. The weight restriction needs to be promoted on the website or booking process to avoid this embarrassment. I enjoyed the experience however you need to remember your phone so the guides can take pictures for you.
