    Get picked up from your hotel on Lipanoi, Maenam, Bophut, Chaweng, Choengmon, Lamai, Tongkrut, and Talingngam near the main road. If you are staying on the hill, you must visit a nearby hotel or meeting point. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after we have moved from your hotel.

    • In order to use the zipline, the participants should be in good physical health and free of any limitations that could affect their safe use of the equipment.
    • The trip is not recommended for a person with more than 110 kgs. , pregnant women, a child under 6 year old and people with surgical history less than 6 months or with hypertension, asthma, infectious diseases, diabetes, epilepsy, and any mental health condition
    • Available for adults and children between 5 – 60 years old and the age of 6-12 years old under parents or adults’ close supervision.
    • Wear comfortable shoes. No flip flop allowed. Sandals with a strap are allowed and wear light clothing on the trip
    • Please leave your valuable belongings at your hotel, we will not take responsibility for any loss or damage
    • This activity is not suitable for guests arriving by cruise ship or large boat.
    • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travelers

    Such a fun experience and the team was friendly and nice - they got us onto a buggy back to the cafe just in time before the rainstorm came! Would recommend!

    Great place for the whole family

    The pick up from our hotel was on time. The full process until we started was fast. We were a small group with 2 guides, they were amazing and fun Complimentary watermelon and cold water at the end made a nice ending to the experience
