Fantastic day and one of the favourite things we did while in Koh Samui. The main event is the actual jet skiing itself, and you get a good 1.5- 2hrs of pure jetskiing. Amazing! Proper open water, allowing you to really enjoy the speed! Not for anyone nervous or lacking in confidence - some of the waves were pretty big, which we loved but could put some people off.

Please know that you will spend most of the jet ski time out in the open ocean. There was very rough waves and a lot of it felt dangerous, I was genuinely terrified. I usually like a bit of an adrenaline rush, but this felt very dangerous.
I really think our tour should have been cancelled with the conditions on the water. But I am a novice so I accepted the instructors.
its about 1 hour on the jet ski, about 1 hour pig island and almost 2 hours home.
Wear pants or long shorts on the jet ski! We suffered some bad friction burn.
I would also recommend looking up some tutorials before hand as the instruction we recieved was very minimal.

The worst jet skiing experience but it was down to the weather. The sea was quite rough and an hour there and an hour back was terrifying. We all still ache was from hanging on for dear life! Personally I think it should have been cancelled. You don't go round the islands you go right out into the ocean. If the sea is rough it's best to stand up but can't be done if there are 2 of you are on board. The guys do look after you though! Pig island was lovely though, stayed there an hour.

The maximum weight per couple on a jet ski is not mentioned anywhere on the website or the provider’s brochure. Orange Wave randomly decided who may share a Jet Ski and who may not even though a number of couples were on the heavier side. This equated to 6000 Baht extra for the outing. Keep this in mind when booking. This caused an unsavory start to the outing as we felt as if we were being taken advantage of.

Everything's good, the guide is friendly and helpful, patience, have safety precaution and money is worth. My group had about 15 pax with 9 jetski going out all together If you already have experience in riding the jet ski, The only downside was the group is too big and you have to keep waiting.

This is an absolutely wrong and such a liar!
You did request the cancellation after the time of getting the full refund and tried to send the email to Viator's team with three different reasons till we can not trust in you at all!
You informed us that you sick, you informed the Viator that it was a bad weather, and another email was the flight got delayed (Even you're already checked in at the hotel)
You tried to give untruth reasons to get money back even you broke the cancellation policy. But, once we can not reply you in time then you just ruin others by giving the false information.
We have tried to explain the reason to the tour operator for you and asked you to wait for their reply till we agreed to make a full refund to you even less than 24 hours, but yourself did such un respectful behavior to us.
With this untruth review, it is really unfair with us!!!

The tour was a fun day out with the jet ski however, the locations changed and was not notified after looking forward to going to pig island. Tour guides weren’t very cooperative with information as to where we were going, where they took us or notifying us the duration at each destination.

Very long time on JetSki (over 1hr each way), riding over the open sea. Was moreso expecting shorter bursts for island hopping, so depends what you are expecting. The pigs on pig island aren’t all small and cute like you see in brochures, but nice to go regardless. We didn’t get time to visit the other island or to do snorkeling because of the long JetSki ride to a from pig island.

Overall this was a fun experience. You get to decide if your group wishes to spend the entire time at pig island or snorkeling. You can also divide the time. It is a long drive to get to the islands approx. 1 hour drive time one direction. They don’t allow free “play” time on the jet skiis, you must stay in a straight line with the group at all times.

We did not leave till almost 11:00.Then I had to share a jet ski when I thought I could ride my own.Then we did not go to second island or snorkeling witch was suppose to be part of the excursion.The guide who rode solo could have stopped more then once to shake out burning arms and cramped throttle figure.Extremely rushed there and back trip to go see pigs is basically all it was could have did it a lot cheaper and more comfortably in a boat

Pig Island was good, but the staff were not friendly, the jet ski travel was over 2.5 hours, and the tour guides went so fast that at times we could not see them and we were left in the sea by ourselves.

Very good tour. We first went to a snorkeling spot (the water was really murky but it didn't matter to us) then to pig island before heading back. We entered the wrong hotel address and noticed it last minute but they were kind enough to send us a separate driver for pickup (remember to ask for their comtact number and confirm your pickup timing beforehand! ). Also, while the tour is fun and exciting, it is worth noting that they will be going at almost full speed the whole time such that the tour finishes in 3 hours. It can get quite bumpy in the open sea especially if there are 2 people on a jetski. If the lady is brave enough, it might be better for her to request for a separate jet ski.

We were picked up in the morning from the hotel just on time.
The day began with no delays.
Every 2 people sat on 1 jet 1 jet and we headed out to to Copenhagen island over there we stopped at 2 different beaches and and the tour guides took us to see a beautiful waterfall where we swam in the pool, The water was perfect temperature and was very refreshing on this hot day.
After that we went back to the shore sure where we sat in a coffee shop and drink some refreshing drinks I'm refreshing drinks before getting back on the jet skis and heading back to kosamoi island.
We recommend you bring sunglasses to protect your eyes From the sun and the salty water.
The tour guides provided us with bottled water, we recommend you bring an additional bottle or 2 because the water they provided was not enough for enough for the whole trip.
We brought a backpack along with us on the jet ski although the guides recommended we don't take it because it may get wet we took it with us on the jet ski and it's stayed completely dry for the whole trip.
You should bring some cash to buy drinks at the coffee shop on the island.

Jiggy the tour operator is fast to respond and can be reached through the viator app or via WhatsApp. She answered a lot of questions and was also flexible with the destination of where the jet skis can go.
The tour itself was very fun, 3 hours was not enough! The tour guide is very thoughtful and easy to follow and driving is very safe! We spent 20 mins at each island, one to do snorkeling and the other on pig Island to get a drink and go to toilet. The tour takes you jetskiing all the way round koh samui which was cool.
The only downside is that it is slightly cheaper if you book at the tour desk when you're in Thailand, but this package is fuss free and includes hotel transfer to and from the location.
Much recommended! We enjoyed every bit of it!!

This was an absolute fun experience that I would highly recommend to everyone. We made the 3h safari as a family (incl 2 teens with 12 and 15 years) and enjoyed every minute. Very nice guy, jetskis brandnew and well maintained... and as it was quite wavy we were asked upfront re. our main expectations and preferences re locations to go to and followed the advice to stay st areas where we will have smoother conditions. We would definitely do it again!

You take the jet ski to Pig Island for about 1 hour at a time. There you have about 1 hour free time and then the same way back. Absolutely worthwhile even if it is very exhausting.
