What an amazing day. Picked up from hotel in air-con luxury car , taken to boat where they told us the 3 stops. All staff are lovely and friendly people, reviews about bad English which we didn’t experience. Took us to the temples and informed us. Then Swimming but water was shallow so could stand up at times , then was brought out lovely fruit on inflatable to eat in the water. Then we was taken too snorkelling reef with best snorkelling geer ever used. Amazing experience could feed fish watermelon and staff videod and took photos for us. Then pig island, had 30 minutes to see pigs then staff took us over and made up picnik away from the business and lovely food snacks drinks , kept refilling and no rushing to leave. Top quality service , staff very attentive and the two guys on the boat were great friendly and couldn’t fault them at all. They really made our experience, show us sting ray whilst snorkelling and took us out snorkelling feeding the fish which was an amazing experience. Best day ever. Highly recommend don’t think just book! 5* service and very personal experience. Thank you for an amazing day, definitely highlight of our holiday in Koh samui. 100*

Very horribly disappointing. We paid in advance, had confirmation from Viator. Had confirmation from the operator. We arrived, and they never showed up. We and Viator called them, and they tried to say that they didn’t have the booking, and it was quite a challenge to communicate. They didn’t even try to assist us to make alternative plans, or even offer an apology. Viator was also very little help, and initially even tried to say that a refund would be “requested,” but not guaranteed since it was within 24 hours. This will be my last time using Viator as well. This is the absolute worst thing that a tour company or vendor can do, which is to not show up when travelers are expecting reliability and safety, and then offer no assistance or recompense.

Sorry to see you've got disappointed, However since your booking was not recorded on files, you did received a full refund. We have spoken to you on the phone, not sure why you say cannot communicate. Also we are not sure how can you rate our activity if you haven't done it ? A refunded booking that was not operated.

Over hyped

If one has done any other countries like Maldives or Mauritius or the like this is not worth it : it’s not the crew and companies fault they did a good job it’s just that there is nothing to see : the 1st island we stopped at for snorkeling had trash and other garbage , the 2nd location for Coral/reef diving was average at best and the last “pig” island was literally like a pigsty.

Great relaxed snorkeling and pig island

Great experience, relaxing and not rushed. Love the fruit on the floating tube. Snorkeling was good although it was overcast. Saw many fish. The crew/staff were wonderful.

An amazing trip on the ocean

Our crew could not have done enough for us on this trip. They were friendly, helpful, hardworking and polite. We had a great time swimming in the turquoise sea, away from the crowds, snorkelling above the coral reef and meeting the pigs before having a secluded picnic on the beach. Overpriced for what you get.

I feel we went on a different tour reading the previous reviews. Our family of four (kids 12 and 14) love to book tours everywhere we go all the time, but this one was the worst we ever had. This tour is not a VIP tour, not worth the overpriced money! We spent 45 minutes on a minivan to get to the boat. Had a very quick briefing about safety, hopped on a boat which looked much older and worn out than the picture. The captain and his assistent appeared to be friendly and helpful, but hardly spoke English. They took us to an island to swim, jump of the boat and served us watermelon, pineapple and a beer on a floating tube, but with the backdrop of an island filled with garbage made the moment not pretty or nice at all unfortunately. In the meantime our guides were smoking weed on the boat, which was bizar to me to see! Next stop was snorkelling; we went to a place where all other boats were as well. They gave us their equipment and threw in watermelon and chips to attract the fish, but besides that you couldn’t see a thing. Last stop was pig island. We walked around, saw the pigs while 1 guide set up a picknick spot with drinks and some snacks (again smoking weed, while we were sitting there next to him). The spot was ok, again a lot of garbage on the island, but we liked the cold drinks and playing beach ball (that’s the ‘games’ they refer to). All together we think this tour is overpriced for what you get and not worth the money.

sorry to see you didn't like the tour. As for the time it takes by car from the hotel, so it is different for each guest depend what hotel they stay, upon checking your records we can see your hotel is a bit far from our pier, this is why it took you more time. However, we do not count car pick up time in the tour so every guest can have the complete tour in full. We also don't rush the guest on each stop so you have plenty of time until you feel you had enough and can go next. Snorkeling at the coral reef it is the most popular spot near Koh Samui and we have no exclusive over the reef, thats why there are more boats parking there. We provide high quality snorkeling gear in all sizes to match Men, Women and children. We have one of the stops to play and enjoy the water, if weather is good and the water are clear this is amazing spot to be at, no one goes there and you get absolute privacy in the shallow water. Smoking in the boat is prohibited and will be investigated. our beach toys include beach ball and pinions, beach rubber tennis rockets, Frisbee. Beach picnic is set up far from other boats to provide quite spot to chill and enjoy fresh fruits & cold beers. We cannot comment on "overpriced" cost details since as a legit company we have many expenses on proper insurance for sea activity, licensing the boats, emergency equipments, licensed captains, raising gasoline costs and more..

We felt so taken care of on this tour. They had waterproof pouches at the check in point for purchase, which I was so grateful for! I was able to take a lot more memorable pictures than I anticipated. Our boat drivers were skilled and friendly and made sure we remembered to take full advantage of all of our snacks! I even discovered they had taken a few pictures for us when I decided to leave my phone on the boat to swim - so thoughtful and much appreciated. They let us enjoy each spot until we were content, and the whole day was just so wonderful. We had beautiful weather and the islands and secluded spots that they brought us were perfect. Highly recommend!

Great experience well worth the money

Our family of four (2 kids aged 9 and 12) really enjoyed this experience. We were picked up in a comfortable van and driven to the dock on the south of the island. The boat was roomy and comfortable. Snacks and drinks were as advertised. The 2 employees on the boat were great. Because it’s a private tour we were able to adjust our plans; staying a bit longer at the snorkeling spot and reducing the time on pig island. We ended the day with some fine beach games and a beautiful sunset. Yes - this tour is more expensive than the group tours but if you like being able to do things at your own pace this is perfect.

How NOT to go snorkeling

It said that snorkeling equipment was provided but they did not have fins which made it impossible to swim out to see the coral. The captain of the boat merely threw some food in the water to attract the fish to come close to his boat. Very, very disappointing and I would not recommend and will probably pursue a refund

Very disappointing to see this review from you, mostly because on the return you were asked how was your day and you said everything good and you had a great time. The story from our side is different. First we need to say that you were late for pick up almost 1 hour. We were waiting and looking for you at the pickup point causing massive delays. Most suppliers would have probably mark this as a "Non Show" and just cancel your booking without a refund, but we were waiting patiently, waiting and waiting till you arrived. We even offered you an extra time so you won't miss anything from the excursion and experience it all. You refused and rushed us to be back because you wanted to do shopping. Guests who book this attraction arrive in relaxing holiday mood to enjoy Island hop without rushing, taking the time to enjoy the scene and the surroundings. As for snorkeling equipment, we provide snorkeling masks, full face masks and breath rods, all in different sizes to make sure anyone will have the perfect match and style, Old and Young, Men or girls. Fins are not allowed in shallow coral reef by the local law. Most people don't know how to use it and damage the corals by hitting them or stepping on it. Since we follow and respect the local Thai law and marine life, we don't allow it. For over 12 years we never had even 1 complaint. We had another boat out that day the same time with another group doing exactly the same excursion as yours, they returned super happy and exciting from an amazing day and exploring marine life. Last we must add that you were also tipping the Captain and boat staff end of the day, thanking them for taking care of all your need and even tipping the driver who took you back.

Overall we had an enjoyable time - the trip was well organised with the crew on board especially kind and friendly. The downside is that the boat we travelled in for sure didn’t look like the one in the photo. It may have looked like it when it was new but had I actually seen the boat first I wouldn’t have booked it.

Trip was as advertised - the speedboat was not very fast but the distance traveled from the pier was very short so it wasn’t a long boat ride at all. Very pleasant. The crew was very nice and helpful and did alter our trip at our request - we asked to picnic on the boat instead of on the beach at pig island. They allowed us to rent a jet ski and as we had saved time we stopped back at our first and best site again on the way in - very good captain and crew!!!! As others mentioned the picnic was cheese and crackers and chips so not a surprise. However wonderful fresh fruit was provided during the trip which was quite nice. pineapple watermelon mango and passion fruit. On our day the visibility was great at one location and less on another but we saw nice coral and plenty of fish. Very glad we had our own boat - as we passed near some of the other tours where people were packed inside. The only negative was that my wife (Thai speaker) was paranoid about food for the kids and even though I advised snacks were provided she asked the pickup driver if food and water provided and he said no and they may have water but they charge high price for it - so I argued with him — but she made us stop to buy snacks at the Seven Eleven as she was concerned they wouldn’t have anything. When we got to the dock they cleared it up and said water and snacks provided - they told us the drivers are a different company and the drivers don’t know- other than that small mix up with the driver - everything was as advertised and a good day had by all

Not VIP- overpriced

This tour was over priced for what you received. You only get 3 hours out on the water and 30 minutes of that is looking at pigs. It took 40 minutes each way to get there and they count that time as your tour. If the company would just spend literally $10 more per person, it would be such a better experience. They were so stingy with what they gave you. Only 1 beer per person and a soda, fruit that tasted like salt water and little chips. For being over lunch time, they could if provided some fried rice for very inexpensive. Beer is also very inexpensive in Thailand and would have been so much better if we could enjoy a beer on the boat. This was not VIP at all. It felt scarce, limited and restricted. The staff on the boat also did not speak English so we could not communicate. By simply providing a little more for the price paid would have made a big difference.

Dear guests, Sorry to hear you didn't felt like a VIP. We spend & offer so so much more then any other charter in Thailand. Answer on what you mentioned: - We do not count car pick up time as your tour. Obviously some guests stay far while others near so we DO NOT count the car time and offer approx 4 hours net time on the Ocean counting when boats starts. Each guests spend the time in each stop according their style, some people like to snorkel for an hour or more while others just 10min. - we never measure or limit guests by time. You can spend as much time as you like in each spot, our tour designed in a way it is very quick boat ride to each stop allowing to spend more time there and experience and enjoy the surroundings. If someone is quick to hop up on the boat and ready to go next, we will and it will allow more time to spend in the next stop. If guest were quick doing it all so plenty of time in our last stop, beach picnic. For that reason there are cases where guests wish to head back before ending time which is totally fine as this is a private excursion. - We have listed on Viator that we provide 1 Beer per person. This is besides the unlimited soft drinks we do offer all day long. We do not offer more then 1 Beer per person. Guest can purchase more before departure or bring some extra with them. - We are offering unlimited soft drinks and soda's. Iced fridge full of many kinds of any soft drink and extra stock, we refill the fridge all day long and keep it full. - We provide about 10 different kind of crisps and carry massive stock in the boat offering them all unlimited all day long. - Our half day excursions does not include full Lunch. We do setup nice beach picnic with some extras, fruit platters, Cheese & Veg' platter, drinks and crisps. - The pig Island is popular now but guest do not have to spend more time then they want with the Pigs. We park our boats in specific isolated spot to enjoy private beach, play the water, chill, play beach toys, relax on our picnic or just take some nice pictures and videos. - you have requested us to split your booking pick up to two hotels instead of the original one, this involve more time for pick up. We were happy to do that but also expect you to understand. Finally about the comment of the tour being overpriced. As a reputable company that operating the business by all local and international safety laws, having all the relevant insurances, raising oil costs and all the extras we provide, we actually believe our prices are very reasonable and worthy...

Overall okay, lacking a few details

Tour was overall was good, the transport, islands tour guides and picnic was really nice. We had a lot of fun, but there were a few small overlooked details that I could not ignore. I had a hard time communicating with the company about my pickup address despite sending it with my registration form on payment and via email. They emailed asking to change the time of the tour due to a double booking which I did not accept. Communication was a bit lacking via email or WhatsApp (they had my information and were communicating with me several days prior to the day) This lapse of communication on the booking day resulted in a 40 minute later than expected pickup. I wouldn’t say it’s VIP as they offered only 4 beers for 4 passengers and 2 small sport towels for 4 people. Considering the price, I think they could do a little better with small details such as on the day communication, preparation and catering for guests. I don’t expect to have unlimited beer but more than 1 beer and more than 1 towel for 2 people would have been a good place to begin. The staff were friendly and we had a nice day overall.

Thank you for letting us know. For hygiene reasons we do not provide towels anymore since Covid-19. Guests brings their own. The ones in the boat are just a spare to have. For half day excursions we provide 1 beer per person, as listed, in addition we provide many kinds of soft drinks unlimited supply all day long. On the booking ticket we received from Viator there was no pick up location so we had to e mail and try to massage to get exact pick up location.

Awesome half day trip- picked us up from the hotel on time, quick briefing before we got on the boat on what to expect- captain and deckhand were very attentive and spoke English. First stop was a private beach with waist high water, they gave us games to play and a floating fruit plate. Second stop was snorkeling and saw a ton of fish, great spot. Last stop is pig island- we had time to visit with the pigs, have a picnic of snacks and hang out in the water for a while. Seems like there are a ton of tours that do the same thing but our experience felt special and of course very private

Beer and chips on floating inflatables in a isolated, albeit trash strewn bay on Koh Madsum (pig island). The crew was great - hard working and fun. Boat is fast and comfortable with lots of drinks and snackies. Drawbacks? Hardly any English by the crew which meant no meaningful discussion; not great for a pricier private tour. Daniel's stern warnings at the pre-sail briefing about safety were perhaps necessary but it was a monologue. He didn't really handle questions in a friendly or complete manner. But most of all, we were upset by the life jacket requirement at the Koh Taen snorkeling location. We could not submerge to do photography or look closer at the bottom as they were too bouyant. I flmed our group without the jacket wearing a skin suit - worked just fine. We gave the crew a nice tip. The final picnic on the beach near the pigs was nicely done.

Fantastic trip and service! Daniel and team were able to help us flexibility schedule a tour on our last minute trip to Koh Samui with ease. The boat was amazing and new, and his team aboard provided us fruit, drinks, and a truly memorable experience, including sight seeing private beaches, islands, and a fun snorkeling adventure. Sehr schöner privater Ausflug buchbar. Wir waren zu zweit unterwegs und wurden rund um gut versorgt. Der Kapitän war sehr freundlich und immer bemüht uns alles recht zu machen. Können das wirklich von Herzen weiter empfehlen!!

We have many couples booking for Birthdays, Anniversary, Honey Moon or just romantic private cruise. The afternoon is best option for couples and can be upgraded with our unique Champagne beach set up for sunset....a must to every couple:-)
