Very Worthwhile

I highly recommend this for anyone travelling to Thailand who'd love to try and make some delicious Thai food when they return home. We learnt so much about Thai ingredients. We were collected at our hotel on time by our very friendly guide who's English was excellent. We got to make 4 delicious dishes in a lovely outdoor garden kitchen and thoroughly enjoyed eating everything. Thanks for an excellent day

Exceptional organic Thai Cooking class

We had a wonderful time at the cooking class. Chef Lat gave us a great introduction to the Thai cuisine and we prepared ourselves under her supervision Pad Thai, two different curries and a papaya salad. The instructions were easy to follow and the ingredients came from her own organic farming which is next to the open space kitchen. Absolutely remarkable. We can only highly recommend this class.

Amazing not to be missed.

Fabulous. Picked up from hotel by our driver Ea who was excellent and spoke good English. His driving was brilliant and we visited some amazing places and sights with excellent descriptions. Our lunch in a restaurant with amazing views of Samui was lovely and plentiful. The food was authentic Thai and delicious. The final act saw us engage in a water fight between jeeps which was superb and took me back about 40 years to my youth.we all had great fun and I would recommend this for seeing the inner Samui and having hours of fun.

The Family all pitch in and make it a seamless experience for their guests and you learn a little more about Koh Samui and the way of life. Looking forward to recreating our dishes. Authentic Thai cooking experience

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this Thai cooking class. It was a genuinely authentic experience from start to finish. The class began with a visit to a local market, where everything was clearly explained, from unfamiliar produce to everyday staples which really set the context for the dishes we cooked later. Back at the kitchen, the instructor took time to walk us through every Thai herb and vegetable, explaining not just what they were, but how and why they’re used. Each cooking station was perfectly organised, with ingredients laid out in order, making the process easy to follow and stress-free. What really stood out were the small hacks and tips shared along the way, the kind of practical knowledge you don’t usually get from a recipe book. If you’re a foodie and love understanding the “why” behind the flavours, this is an experience we’d highly recommend.
