I highly recommend this for anyone travelling to Thailand who'd love to try and make some delicious Thai food when they return home. We learnt so much about Thai ingredients. We were collected at our hotel on time by our very friendly guide who's English was excellent. We got to make 4 delicious dishes in a lovely outdoor garden kitchen and thoroughly enjoyed eating everything. Thanks for an excellent day

Exceptional organic Thai Cooking class

We had a wonderful time at the cooking class. Chef Lat gave us a great introduction to the Thai cuisine and we prepared ourselves under her supervision Pad Thai, two different curries and a papaya salad. The instructions were easy to follow and the ingredients came from her own organic farming which is next to the open space kitchen. Absolutely remarkable. We can only highly recommend this class.

The Family all pitch in and make it a seamless experience for their guests and you learn a little more about Koh Samui and the way of life. Looking forward to recreating our dishes. Do not require a high level of cooking experience.

Fun evening

We had a fun evening touring the garden and learning Thai recipes. The food was one of the best we had in our time in Thailand. We made curry paste from scratch which was very interesting. Come hungry as there was plenty of good! Tom and Lynn were wonderful hosts. We would highly recommend if you are visiting Koh Samui!

We went to a local market and learned about the ingredients and it was easy to follow along in the class. I was blown away with the flavors we developed! We had an absolutely fantastic time at this Thai cooking class. It was a genuinely authentic experience from start to finish. The class began with a visit to a local market, where everything was clearly explained, from unfamiliar produce to everyday staples which really set the context for the dishes we cooked later. Back at the kitchen, the instructor took time to walk us through every Thai herb and vegetable, explaining not just what they were, but how and why they’re used. Each cooking station was perfectly organised, with ingredients laid out in order, making the process easy to follow and stress-free. What really stood out were the small hacks and tips shared along the way, the kind of practical knowledge you don’t usually get from a recipe book. If you’re a foodie and love understanding the “why” behind the flavours, this is an experience we’d highly recommend.

Fantastic cooking course

The staff were amazing as is…we were taken to a market where we learnt all about the different Thai ingredients and what the uses were. The actual chef spoke good English had a fantastic sense of of humour. We cooked all our dinner then ate it …..great experience . Highly recommend it. Money well spent
