One of the best days we had on Koh Samui. We were lucky to get a group of people who all had experience riding jet skis, so the guides didn’t hold back and we had such a fun time. The guides really do ride quick like the other reviewers mentioned and we were lucky to have perfect weather. The snorkelling spot was fine; if you’ve snorkelled quite a bit it’s not one of the best out there but it was still nice to get in the water after our jet ski ride. Pig Island was definitely a social media vs reality experience (they’re pigs so it’s a bit silly to expect much honestly). We did the 2pm jet ski tour and the island was super crowded when we arrived and most of our time was taken up in line to buy food and drinks. I was actually glad we didn’t take a boat tour to Pig Island because I probably would have been disappointed, whereas the jet ski ride was an experience in itself that made it worth it. After visiting Pig Island, the guides absolutely sent it on the ride back which was great fun. All in all, we were really happy as we booked this more so for the jet ski experience than anything else. The only gripe was the hotel transfers took a long time because of traffic and others in the group being unorganised but that was at no fault of the tour provider.

The guides balance the speed according to everyone and according to the Sea conditions so they will speed up and slow down during the ride to balance between the ones who drive faster and the ones who like more slow and views seeing style. You can drive as slow as you like and if the guides believe it is to far they will slow down so you can catch up. Driving far away from each other is important for safety and the distance between the guides in the front to the last jetski on the back sometimes can be 300 meters + which is totally fine and safe...

The trip was amazing and so much time on the water, the guides don’t go slow but they give you time to catch up! However bear in mind where you’re coming from, we didn’t realise it was 1.5 hours transfer from our hotel and pick ups and then drop offs through rush hour traffic. The islands were great and the pig island is so cute! Highly reccomend.

Yes, the guides will balance the speed for everyone so you can ride at your own style and speed as long as you keep the formation and far distance between each jetski. The guides always go first and one person is watching everyone.
The time on the car can be a lot at this time is new year season a lot of traffic and if you are the most far hotel geographically from us so you will be picked up first, thats why it felt long for you. Offcurse if someone want to come by himself to the meeting point can do so and confirm with us the arrival time upfront.

Thank you. Our activity suitable for anyone without any experience and you do not need any prior practice. We explain all the basic and after that we demonstrate on the jetski. Take the first few minutes to get used to driving and is ok. anyone can drive at his own paste the guides will balance and a far distance between each jetski is a must.

Went with a few friends, had a lot of fun. If you really want to jump some waves and go wild, get a jetski to yourself - otherwise the person on the back will be pretty uncomfortable. Oh, and definitely bring sunglasses or even goggles, the water will be assaulting your eyes non stop. Pigs on the beach were pretty cool.

The sea in this area changing on daily basis cannot really control over it but mostly even when is choppy sea, in this area where we travel it is safe and ok to go on jetski, we understand some people will feel it is very choppy while others will feel is easy and funny.
We are checking the sea every day and if it is safe to go we operate as normal..
This is a fun easy going tour, not racing and not speeding crazy, we want everyone to feel safe and enjoy the views while riding. Our brand new Seadoo's making a big difference because they are wide and big which make them super stable on the sea.

Fantastic day out. Was collected from our resort about 9:30am and driven to the southern end of the island where the tour started about 10:30. We hired two JetSki for our family 1A and 1C per JetSki. We headed out through the narrow harbour area and went exploring to a nearby island where we had a quick swim, photo and refreshment. Then headed to another part of the island for snorkelling experience which was great. Saw a few parrot fish, Blue Groper and other colourful reef fish. The. Headed to pig Island where we had about 1hr to explore. The island itself is fairly dirty, loads of rubbish lying around and crowded with tourists. Lots of pigs to see along with piglets. Wasn’t my favourite experience of the tour. We then headed back to the main land traversing the ocean that had whipped up considerably after a tropical storm had rolled through, big swell, heavy rain and white capped waves. Was not for the faint hearted but loads of fun! Highly recommended this tour.

Thank you for explaining the all itinerary. Our jetski are unique, they are Seadoos and are big wide body which make them very stable and comfortable to drive at any weather. The pig island is very popular so we designed a tour to stop there, some like it some less but can also enjoy the beach and the water if it is a good weather day. Tropical isalnd the weather can change in minutes so it is very difficult for us but we hope our customers understand that it is impossible to predict local cloud and rain as well as winds that make the Ocean choppy. Everyone must to understand this activity based on weather. If we know upfront that the weather is stormy so we will cancel the activity, but we do not cancel for a choppy sea and possible rain drop.

Was a fun experience but only for people who already know how to and like to JetSki, the “instructors” provide very minimal instructions and it’s extremely hard to keep up if you don’t already know what you’re doing especially when you’re not expecting rough waters. Also not a great way to explore scenery of the islands but pig island was cool for a short stop.

We do offer safety brief and explain how to operate the jetski before the start, we also ask anyone who are not sure or did not completely understand to ask again and we will sure explain again. The guides always in front and have extra guide watching you all the time to make sure everyone ok. The speed of driving is up to you if you like slow riding the guides will slow down every few minutes to balance the group distance but keep far away from each other is top priority.
Operating the jetski is easy and very basic, in case of someone really cannot handle it our extra guide can drive for them if they want.
The sea is choppy sometimes but this is normal for open Ocean.

Overall a great day. The jet skiing was a bit fast and somewhat unpleasant for me, but I really enjoyed the slower moments. The island is just hanging around with the pigs but they are really cute. There is also food and drinks on the island which is nice and the water is great beautiful. Perhaps my favorite was the dogs who jump, run, and play in the water. The snorkeling aspect was just ok. Still - worth doing!

Thank you for mentioning and we want to make it clearly again: every customer can ride at his own paste. There is a group, each customer might feel different about how fast to go.
The guides will go in front and if someone is slow behind they will balance the speed and wait.
You dont have to speed up because the others in your group going faster then what you like.
This tour is designed with perfect timing to allow balancing the speed of everyone and also consider choppy Sea which also mean driving slower.
Sorry to see it is only 4 stars for you but was not sure how and what could be better to make it 5 stars.
We spend fortune on having brand new top brand Seadoo jetskis, paying extra for an aircondition van for pick up only our company, designed a beautiful progrem to visit the best spots that are near enough for a jetski ride, safety briefing to make sure everyone feel comfortable before going.

We wanted to try out jetskis, but didn't want to just hire them to go up and down a beach, so chose to tie it in with a day trip.
The Jet Skis were great and the guides kept an eye on you as you go for a lap around Koh Tan followed by snorkelling then Pig Island and back.
It was an adrenaline fuelled trip and I would highly recommend purchasing their wrap around glasses to keep the salt water out of your eyes, as it is hard to ride a Jet Ski when you cannot see!
The pigs are adorable. And like to drink water from a bottle!

This is out at the Sea and many days of the year there are some waves and its choppy, so water splashing all over. The snorkeling area is limited but very big area that you are free to swim around. Water quality changes on daily basis we cannot control the Sea conditions and is the only spot in the area. It is not a snorkeling tour that you visit best locations far away and have an hour or so, it is a jetski tour to enjoy the ride in a unique way and we designed the tour so it will have a short stop for swim in the amazing lagoon, take pictures and enjoy the views, quick stop to snorkel to enjoy underwater life if anyone want and then the island stop for relaxing, swimming, chilling and pigs too😊🙏🏼

We are using Seadoo GTX pro, this models are best for tours, wide body and v shape to provide perfect stability and that anyone without experience who never tried a Jetski before can handle easy and feel safe.
The location for where to travel we have chosen so it will also be not far with easy drive time to arrive, far away from commercial tours so can explore real nature and views and also to allow great memories, pictures and overall experience.

In my opinion, the trip should have been cancelled by the operator due to rough seas. I’m an experienced boater and the seas were 3-4 feet in heavy chop with no discernible wave pattern and 15 knots of wind. Basically, we got beat up out there for the whole excursion. If it was flat calm it would have been fine, but it wasn’t. I’m an older guy but my companion isn’t and we are still sore 2 days later. My advice is to wait until the day before to make a booking after looking at weather and wind forecasts.

Thank you for mentioning it. We understand some people have some Sea experience and think different, however, we work in this area over 10 years now and understand the Ocean in those areas where the tour goes.
For some people it can feel to rough but if it is safe to go we will not cancel.
There are many days during the year that we cancel the trip for weather conditions and offer alternative date but this day was not one of those days.
Just to mention that sometimes people getting very exciting from a choppy Sea as it add more extreme style, jumping and water slashing around, that said while other prefer flat easy going...

you go on your own jetski and you decide how fast you want to go.
In a group mix of people there will always be some that feel ok to go faster and some want slower, this is why we mention it on the brief before departure that you can go as sow as you like, the guide wont run away and even if it looks like they are very far left you behind its not the case, they will eventually slow and balance the group speed.
The overall time of the experience is approx 2.5 hours since you go on the way to the Sea so this time table must be kept in total.

We were picked up in a non air conditioned van packed full of people in conditions that were well above 30 with 90% humidity.

so we are not sure why you have review us without actually participate or doing the activity. Our pick up air-condition van arrived to pick you up from your hotel lobby at the time we confirmed to you the evening before, but then you informed the driver you are not going and you left.
We use air condition Vans to transport our customers from large area of the island free of charge. about 4 or 5 hotels in total so about 10 person in the car in average.

Nice Jet Skis. Snorkeling was terrible no coral no fish or just very few. As far as pig island tremendous amount of trash (plastic bottles etc) all along the shore and beach obvious nobody cares about environment to clean up. Huge amount of tourist. Pigs were okay but aggressive if you have food. One person in our group got bit.

You and anyone who read this must to understand, the water conditions are different every day, effected from Ocean and weather, sometime can be amazing morning with crystal clear water and grey afternoon or the other way around.
Sometimes there are waves so it get choppy, sometimes there are current, high or low tides, cloud or sun and many factors that effect visibility.
The trash is a common problem for specific season in that area because of eastern winds there is a lot of trash arrive to area also in the water can see it while driving.
This is a global issue about human trashing the Ocean. Unfortunately nothing really we can do about this although we tried to organise a massive clean up with officials.

This was a TON of fun! We loved riding the jet skis and getting to see the island of pigs! The islands were beautiful and the crew was attentive to keeping everything working smoothly. Our one piece of constructive feedback is just that the cohesiveness in keeping everyone together during traveling time was slightly disorganized (ie: started with three on one side of the instructor/leader, three on the other side, and then people were switching sides or not keeping up throughout the trip). Again; very much loved this experience and would recommend!

Anyway this is not something we can control and as long the waves are not big so it is safe to go we will operate as usual. Our Seadoo Jetski are designed for Sea with super wide body so it gives much stability and feel very comfortable to anyone who never try driving jetski before.

Totally worth the experience. Jet Skis were a blast, previous reviews stated guides don't won't, but our guides stopped every now and then to let the others catch up. Snorkeling spot had so many fishes! Snorkeling is short, but sweet, saw a ton of fish. Pig Island was so awesome! All the little pigs were so cute.
Everyone on the tour team were amazing.

My advice is book on a clear, calm day. We went out and it was very choppy/wavy which made the JetSkis unenjoyable and felt quite dangerous. The first stop in the trip was a small beach covered in trash, the snorkelling was in open water where the coral was white and dead and there were no fish. Pig island is very crowded and not that nice. Tour guides don’t speak a word of English and were at most times too far ahead to help if anything happened.

This was a great day out and it felt choppy to you.
Others loved it so it is very important that people will understand the feeling on the Ocean is different for each person. Sometime people stay in the other side of the island where there are waves, they worry a bit and once arrive to our area they're surprised to find out there are no waves at all. each area of the island is different. Weather on tropical island is unpredictable and it will be impossible to know ahead. Must to trust us so if we haven't cancelled its mean it is safe to go. Ocean have waves always.
This tour is between small islands very near to Koh Samui so you are always secured between the islands and not traveling to the open wide Sea.
Our most most most important thing is the safety of our customers and we will never go out on the Sea when its dangerous. We cancel many days of the year because of weather if needs to.
Also there were other companies Jetski out in the Sea so obviously nothing special.
Trash from the Sea comes and go on daily basis we have no control over this and is actually the first time someone mention it.
Visibility of the water is something we have no control over this, can be a great morning but ugly afternoon or the other way around, we cannot guarantee visibility, this is the biggest coral reef near Koh Samui as you saw many boats go there as well.
Guides go far ahead and so should everyone.
Keep a large distance between Jetskis is a MUST !!

Brilliant trip, the guides were great, very helpful, kept everyone very safe, stopping every so often to check on everyone.
Jetskis we're unreal, very fast very very comfortable and easy controlled. Massive storage compartment unter the handlebars, for anything you think you might need, like a large backpack. You can purchase waterproof phone cases and backpacks if you want as well.
Amazing views on the water, the snorkeling and visit to pig island were brilliant. Snorkeling gear also provided as well as free bottles of water.
Would definitely do this again if we're to ever be back in koh samui.

We really cannot control the visibility at the coral reef, this can change every time and day according to winds, under current, rain etc.
We stop for snorkeling at the biggest and most popular coral reef near Koh Samui.
The overall length of the tour is designed to be enough from one end but not to long from the other end, have enough time to experience each stop but yet not become a long attraction that makes people tired.
Also when we designed this experience we wanted to create something that most of travelers can participate without worry😊🙏🏼
