Pickup is available from Kobe Port Cruise Terminal. After booking, please provide your cruise ship name, arrival time, departure time, required return time, terminal or pier information, passenger count, luggage quantity, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp. Free waiting time is 30 minutes from the confirmed pickup time. Overtime beyond the booked duration costs JPY 5,000/hour for vehicles up to 14 seats and JPY 10,000/hour for 17-seat Coasters and 44-seat buses. The meeting point may change due to cruise terminal, port security, parking, or traffic restrictions. Customs and disembarkation delays may shorten sightseeing time. The itinerary will always prioritize returning to Kobe Port on time. Please provide accurate cruise information and keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable on the tour day.
