Experience making a handmade ring by hammering the texture using the Japanese traditional style called "Tankin." With my 20+ years of home cooking experience, I am happy to offer Hand-rolled sushi, a very popular Japanese dish available only at home, not in restaurants! I very much care about the FRESHNESS of LOCAL ingredients, such as rice and seaweed harvested in Kobe, and I make sure that those ingredients are prepared with traditional Japanese tools.

Not only will you experience making sushi and enjoying shabu-shabu with Kobe beef, but you will also receive unique insights into the history of Kobe beef and how to distinguish the different grades of meat in a one-of-a-kind cooking class!
