Amazing snowmobile course from weaving through the trees to high speed on the lake. The Salmon soup for lunch was equally amazing the hot lingonberry juice too …..Thank you Tilder for looking after us and giving us all wonderful memories ☺️

I was a bit unsure about how I would go on a snowmobile, but I wanted to do something out of my comfort zone. I need not have worried because I had the absolute best time. Our guide, Erik, was hands down the best guide I’ve had here in Kiruna. He was friendly, kind, really knowledge and an excellent teacher. The lingonberry juice has become a favourite of mine and the chat around the fire was really lovely. Highly recommend!

The tour was excellent, we were brought through the forest and then onto a frozen lake where we stopped halfway for some amazing Swedish lunch and tea in a teepee. Emma was our guide and she was very nice and so helpful during the whole tour. We will definitely be back again to do this and would highly recommend for anybody looking to do a snowmobile tour to choose this one, you won't be disappointed!!

That was an adventure ! Michael our guide was excellent. The only thing he got wrong was the capital of Zambia, which is Lusaka not Maputo, that's Mozambique 😉. Private joke. On with the review. The trip started in Kiruna, where we were all kitted out in coveralls, boots, socks, gloves and the hats. Then a ten to 15 minute drive out into the countryside. He got us familiar with our skidoo and off we went. It was an eventful trip. Three times i went off track and got stuck and three times Michael dug us out. We weren't the only ones that needed help either but every time Michael got us up and running. We stopped for a soup and a drink in a small cabin which was really great and Michael entertained us with his stories of Lapland. I could go on but I probably wouldn't know where to stop. A great experience

Si vous ne pouvez pas vous rendre suite à un événement climatique, avec route coupée , votre réservation est purement PERDUE !
aucune compréhension, aucun arrangement , aucune concession., aucun report .
Même avec information la veille , sachant que l événement était connu.
Nous.nous sommes rendus le lendemain à l 'agence , n ont rien voulu savoir, même un voucher pour une future réservation, déplorable
Écœurant, honteux , scandaleux
Merci d'éviter cette compagnie
Par contre celle-ci se réserve d annuler à la dernière minute si les conditions météo ne sont.pas bonnes .

We are sorry that you couldn't join our tour. It was unfortunate that you aim your frustration and anger towards us when it was not our fault. We have good weather in Kiruna and could complete the tour with all other participants. We cannot controll or check where our guests stay. And our responsibility starts from our office in Kiruna. It was very unfortunate that it was storm 100km away from Kiruna and they had to close the road in between your hotel and us. This is something you should consult with your travel insurance company and not us. I consider that this is beyond our controll and responsibility to compensate. We have generous cancellation policy but this was very short notice and didn't allow us to refund you money.

De sneeuwscooter tour was uitstekend! We werden hartelijk ontvangen door onze gids Flo en konden tijdens de tour terecht bij hem met al onze vragen. Er was een perfecte onderverdeling van het rijden met de sneeuwscooter en de middaglunch. De tour was elke cent waard en we zouden het zo opnieuw boeken!

Das Erlebnis, durch das tief verschneite Lappland zu fahren war großartig.
Mit persönlich war die Gruppe zu groß. 24 TN.
