Snowshoe walking is certainly different to anything we’ve done before. Our guide Anders was excellent his English was perfect and he was very informative. The whole experience lasted about three hours and included stopping for biscuits and hot lingonberry juice around a camp fire.

Really nice moment. The forest and the walk have been nice. The juice and the cakes tasted food. Anders was very kind and knew a lot about the country and city. Recommend !

Anders is a very nice and knowledgeable guide. He makes sure that everybody is comfortable and able to follow along. We saw many animal tracks in the forest and Anders knew exactly what they were. We also learned about the behavior of the animals in the forest. The hot juice and cookies next to a campfire were really delicious and a nice break. We also learned about the mining in Kiruna and Sami-culture. This trip is a must for everyone who enjoys nature!

Lovely and easy hike in the middle of nature! The snowy forest was beautiful and peaceful, even though we weren’t lucky enough to spot animals. Anders is such an enthusiastic and cheerful guide, with plenty of knowledge on the area and the local wildlife. Definitely a recommended experience!

Anders was an excellent guide through the Forest, his knowledge of both nature and wildlife was fascinating. He could point out all the different animal tracks in the snow and speculate on their behaviour too. Likewise, his knowledge of the natural environment we were in was equally fascinating on the tree plantation, the undergrowth and indeed Kiruna itself. I came away not only enjoying the snowshoe walk (which was not arduous) itself but also so much more informed.

Anders was a fun a knowledgeable guide. He told us many interesting facts about the culture and animals in Swedish Lapland. He offered us some very tasty homemade traditional lingonberry juice and cookies, to make the break very enjoyable. The sunny day made the experience even more pleasant. The snowshoeing walk in the forest was very easy and relaxing, no particular skill was required, and Anders helped us with the snowshoeing equipment, we really enjoyed the scenery and spotting the wild animal tracks in the forest. There were only us 2 on the tour that day, and Anders kindly offered to drop us off at the Kiruna new center where we wanted to visit after the tour. Overall this was an amazing experience and we highly recommend this tour.

Very nice guide, nice tour through the forest, with lots of regional information.
It is interpreted the tracks of animals, describing the flora and fauna.
Nice was also the break by the campfire with delicious warm juice and Kangas cookies.
