What a great experience! We had never done dogsledding before and I can’t say enough about how great it was. We were able to drive or ride as was desired, and the wilderness we were in was so beautiful. The lunch stop was perfect, and the folks who made it all possible were great people. Dress warmly! Cover exposed skin!

So we booked a PRIVATE Tour at 1 PM on a Saturday and the tour guide arrived at our hotel at 9 AM. We had to cancel our morning plans and get ready in 10 min. When we finally got to where the dogs were they told us that we would have a GROUP Tour so we did. We had fun anyway, but they promised to refund us. After the tour, we started being in touch with the tour guide who stopped replying to our messages and never refunded us such a SCAM. The PRIVATE tour costs almost DOUBLE that of the GROUP tour.

We would like to clarify a few details regarding your booking. Based on our records, you were booked for a shared GROUP tour, which aligns with the standard safari price we received. Unfortunately, it seems there might have been some confusion or miscommunication from the booking agent you worked with, as we do not offer private tours in Kiruna.
At no point were we informed that you believed your booking was for a private tour, nor were we compensated for anything beyond the group tour price. Therefore, we cannot offer a refund, as the service provided was exactly as per the booking details we received.
We deeply regret any inconvenience caused by this misunderstanding and recommend addressing the matter with your booking agent to understand where the discrepancy arose.

This was amazing. Everything went so smoothly from pick up to drop off. The Alaskan Husky’s were so well behaved and had wonderful temperaments. Being on a 12 dog team is exhilarating. Highly recommend this tour.

I booked the tour via phone and everything worked very well. I was picked from Camp Ripan. We were a very small group of two person only. Noora was tour guide and she is very friendly and professional. She did 1600 KM dogsledding race in Alaska and was preparing for 1200 KM race in Sweden which is the longest race in Europe. The ride itself was rather short as compared to the price but the overall experience was really fun and thrilling. I really enjoyed and I would recommend going for dogsledding.

The tour was amazing, I can recommend it to everyone!
First you are picked up by car and driven to the starting point. Once there, you can sit comfortably in the sledge and enjoy the ride! In between we took a break and made coffee over the fire and ate cinnamon buns. After the dog sled ride, I was driven back to Kiruna.

Beautiful day out with a small group (we were 3 coupes on 3 sledges). Nora our host was great with answering all our questions during a lunch break, which we had about the dogs, dogsledding and all at an open fireplace in the middle of our trip. We had soup, roasted bread and roasted cinnamon buns and tea or coffee. and it was just delicious. There was a lot of time for cuddling the digs too and they are all super friendly.
