I booked this experience for my birthday and it was incredible!! Very private which I liked. Perfect amount of time and an amazing and knowledgeable captain who shared lots of information about the wildlife. The sandbar with the swing was so lovely, best birthday! The captain had a paddleboard to take around the sand bar and I loved it, I paddled around. We saw a manatee on our way out of the Marina, so cool.
Highly recommend to anyone, Don was so friendly, knowledgeable, and made our experience just perfect! Thank you for a wonderful boat excursion!

Don was great! Contacted us the day before to confirm. Texted the morning of our trip.with pictures showing where to meet. Took us out to the mangroves where we could get out and walk around. On the way back, showed us some of the large houses along the shoreline. Got us back a little early per our request as we had flights to catch later in the day. Would definitely recommend

My and daughter and I had a wonderful time with Donny. Going to more remote places with less crowds and hanging out at the Sandbar was awesome! Definitely 10/10. Will book again when I come back.

We had a great time on a backcountry sandbar tour. Don was super friendly with great communication. Easy to locate for boarding too. Highly recommend!

Great communication from Don as soon as we booked and a great morning on the water having to work around some weather early on. Boat is perfect for a small group and the stops he took us too were great to get a feel for the back country weaving through mangroves and stopping at 2 sandbars.

Destination was very easy to find to board the boat the captain was waiting for us. Don was our captain and he was very informative about the experience. There were five of us girls. we were able to bring snacks drinks snorkel gear. It was a great ride out to the sandbar where hung out and swam the whole time. was able to see a few fish snorkeling. Had a nice ride back to the dock

We booked a sandbar tour on Sunday, August 17th with Captain Donny and it was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, he made the day perfect. The boat was spotless and so comfortable, and he was extremely informative, sharing details about the area while also letting us relax and enjoy.
He took us through beautiful mangroves and out to Snipes Sandbar, which was stunning. It ended up being just myself and my husband (two adults), and we had the best time. Captain Donny made the whole experience easy, fun, and unforgettable.
We would 100% recommend this tour and already plan to book with him again when we come back. Truly an amazing day!

Our trip was absolutely phenomenal! Don took us to some incredible spots, and my husband and I truly enjoyed the engaging conversation along the way. He was wonderfully attentive to our children, which we greatly appreciated.
The weather was a mix of clouds, sunshine, and even a little rain, but it only added to the charm of the day — it was perfect from start to finish. We had an unforgettable experience and cannot wait to do it again!

This was amazing! Our captain Don had us off to the sandbar ahead of schedule and with all of the necessary equipment to have a magical time. We spent time paddle boarding, snorkeling, swinging from a tree just above the water and gathering shells in the crystal clear water. Would recommend this excursion for anyone!

Captain Donnie of Stock Island Charters was outstanding. The boat was immaculate and fit 6 comfortably. We cruised around mangrove-covered islands and Egret Sanctuary and then on to a sandbar where we swam, snorkeled, and soaked up the sun. I highly recommend Captain Donnie and a sand bar trip next time you are with a group in Key West.

This tour was amazing! You get to see a side of key west you don’t normally see! We had a nice boat ride followed by a sandbar adventure with great photo opps and shell finding! Captain Donny was so nice and informative, he also supplied us with snorkel gear and noodles to lounge in the water with. Highly recommend for a fun experience! Just don’t forget the sunscreen!

Very relaxing trip. Beautiful sandbar and a great captain!!! The boat ride was nice getting to the sandbar. Captain Don informed us of all the great places on the way out to the sandbar. This is the perfect way to enjoy a different side of Key West.

We had a FANTASTIC time with Captain Don! This tour is on the newer side which explains the lack of reviews, but there’s a reason why they’re all 5 stars so don’t let that deter you from booking! Captain Don has a great personality and lots of knowledge and experience on the water. The boat is gorgeous, clean, and new and the paddle board was high quality as well. The sandbar you go to is a literal shallow oasis with that tropical blue, crystal clear water you’ve been dreaming of. And we were even lucky enough to see a bunch of baby lemon sharks!! This excursion was the loveliest highlight of our trip— relaxing, exciting, unique, and a really special memory for our family.

We had a great time! Capitan Don was great showed us some spots we did not see on our last trip down to the Keys, the boat was stocked up with things to keep the teenagers busy and the views were beautiful!
