Additional last minute additional charge

I booked the ATV excursion a couple of weeks prior to my trip. I was contacted a week before the excursion and was told I’d get a pick up time the night before my excursion. I never received a pickup time so I reached out to them at 10:00 pm the night before the scheduled excursion to get a pick up time. I was then told there would be an additional charge of $25 per person because I was outside of their pickup perimeter. There was no prior notice of this charge and no time to cancel at that point because it was less than 24 hours before the planned excursion. The pickup driver was also 40 minutes late picking us up.

I loved everyone there was so nice and helpful. It was my boyfriend birthday and we was paired with a few new rides so we couldn’t go as fast as we had liked however there was a moment where they allowed the others to go ahead and let us stay back to we could go faster to catch up and I truly appreciate that.. will for sure be returning.
