Memorable tour, spotless service

It was a great tour with a very professional company, perfect value for money. I was impressed by their seriousness and flexibility. The driver & guide, Hameed, was friendly but polite and gave us perfect recommendations and info. I strongly recommend the company. Ask them to allocate Hameed, you'll not regret it.

Dishonest and unresponsive

We were misled from the get-go. We were met by a driver. No guide. When we called to complain, the owner said our driver was a guide. At our first stop, Hawa Mahal, my husband and I were just dropped off. We got lost. When we called again to demand the guide we had paid for, the owner said he’d send a guide who would take us to three key sites. The guide we met, who was hired by the driver, showed us only Amer Fort. We told our driver we were not interested in shopping and still, we were taken to three places selling wares.

Once it was discovered, we took appropriate measures to ensure it will not happen again in the future. We had a meeting with the chauffeur and he accepted his mistake.
