amazing blend of culture, art, and food

Haley_B, Apr 2026
I had an absolutely wonderful experience. It was the perfect blend of culture, craftsmanship, and incredible food. Our guide Jyoti was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about the city, sharing fascinating stories and insights that brought Jaipur’s history and daily life to life. It felt authentic and personal, not something you’d get from a typical tour. I felt this tour was a fantastic way to explore Jaipur beyond the usual tourist spots, but also seeing the highlights along the way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the heart and soul of the city!

Great tour for grown ups.

This is a great tour for grown ups, the tour allows you to meet the artisans of the city of Jaipur. Guests have the chance to take part in making some art and it’s really fun. The only issue was we had two young kids with us, aprox. 10 years old and I wouldn’t recommend bringing children that young on the tour.

Amazing

So amazing to walk the streets of Jaipur. Rajov was a great guide that took well care of us and showed us around. All the sights and smells. Its worth the time while you are in Jaipur.

Did a few other tours across India but this one was really well done. Firstly archit is super knowledgable, builds a great rapport with you and takes you to some really cool spots. It can be customised for your needs but each experience felt very personal and well done.. I particularly loved the block printing experience and the people there were so friendly. For my first visit to Jaipur, this was perfect and made me really enjoy the city.

if you’ve ever watched...

if you’ve ever watched Anthony Bourdain, you know that the best way to experience a city is after dark. My night tour of Jaipur with Himmad felt like being on one of his shows. Himmad is more than just a guide; he’s like a friend who knows the city inside out. He took us through bustling streets alive with energy, introducing us to the best street food. Each bite was a celebration of local flavors, and he knew exactly where to go, avoiding any tourist traps. Traveling with Himmad was a deep dive into Jaipur’s heart and soul. If you want an authentic experience, don’t miss this tour. Highly recommend!

Wow! This tour was truly a real Jaipur experience. Our guide, Archie, navigated the streets and alleys with ease and showed us amazing views from the roofs tops to the streets from day to night. We had hands-on experiences with a local family who opened their home with warmth and kindness and showed us the art of block printing. We tried local snacks at stalls. We would highly recommend this tour to see the real Jaipur!

Not just a tour, this is an Experience!

This may just be the coolest thing I've ever done. First let me talk about the tour company. They were very communicative and hospitable. I arrived at the office early and they gave me a place to sit and water while I waited for my guide. At the end of the tour they also assisted me in arranging transportation back to my hotel as the rain storm was making things difficult for me. Then there is the guide, Archit. As a young architect who was born and raised and has studied Jaipur he is very knowledgeable and, more importantly, passionate about the city. He has curated this tour to show the history and people of the city in a way unlike any other. The tour is a combination of riding around on a motor tuk as Archit explains the city planning and how each street is named, going into the workshops of trained craftsman being able to touch, talk to, and even create, and walking around the streets looking at all the wears for sale and eating snacks along the way. We went up on rooftops and in old buildings and it just felt magical. Archit said at the beginning that Jaipur is a city that will keep your heart and I couldn't agree more. I left feeling so inspired and I hope to come back one day. Finally, I want to explain that while we were going through the workshops and bazars this is not a shopping tour. All the shops know the guide and they know not to pressure his guests into buying anything. They want to inspire and know that when you are ready to shop you will know where to go.

Unexpected but wonderful

It was such an unexpected city tour. Due to the Kite Festival, our tour guide, Khush, took us for a brief city tour and then invited us to join his family and friends at the rooftop of his house to fly kite and lantern. What a wonderful experience to witness how locals celebrate the Kite Festival and spend time with Khush’s family and friends.

Fantastic walk in Jaipur

Cheryl_M, Nov 2023
We went 9th April. Walking in a vibrant city, chatting, mingling, eating and learning culture, architecture- even better than expected! Our guide had taken us on a cycling earlier in the day. So walking with a friend! What a great way to see another aspect of this busy city.

Response from Host, Nov 2023

Dear Cheryl It's fantastic to hear that our tour exceeded your expectations and added a new dimension to your visit. Walking alongside our guide felt like strolling with a friend, offering a more intimate understanding of this bustling city. We're thrilled to have shared this unique aspect of Jaipur with you on our bike tour and hope to welcome you back for even more memorable experiences in the future! Best Regards, Le Tour De India
