I’m still not sure what happened here. I booked this tour a couple of days in advance of the date selected. I did not receive any communication from the tour director, but went ahead and showed up to the meeting spot that was provided. It was quite far from where I’m staying so I made every effort to learn the metro system and arrived 45 minutes ahead of schedule. I waited a total of 75 minutes and no one showed. I had sent messages through the Viator app and received no messages back. I called Customer Service and they said they would look into it. I don’t know if this tour is not running in January, only runs on certain days of the week or if the company has folded. Viator needs to investigate and possibly remove from the website.
