We arrived from a red-eye, so super early in the morning (pre-5am). Driver was friendly and attentive.

Driver was efficient and kind. Was waiting for us right at the exit door. Had our Name on a poster. Easy and reliable. Immediately helped us with our luggage and directed us to his spacious, neat Hyundai Mini Van with comfortable seats. Dropped us off at the hotel approx 40 minute drive. Definitely recommend. Not complicated at all. Had communicated with us prior to pickup by text.

The driver told us that he wasn’t able to go up the street as soon as he picked us up, but when we got there he stopped about a few blocks away and quickly rushed us to get out of the car and didn’t tell us anything then drove away further down the street and took all our luggage out of the car so fast and drove away, so we had to walk further away to go get our luggage then Al back up the street and all of This in the pouring rain with no umbrellas

I am Mr. Cha, the owner of BSJ GOGOS.
First of all, if you felt the driver was impolite, I am truly sorry for your feelings.
I met the driver and asked him everything in detail and checked the black box recording device too.
After I check everything, I found there were some misunderstandings.
Your guesthouse is located on the steep hill.
The road in front of your guesthouse is not only steep but very narrow.
According to what I saw, the road is very narrow so only one car can pass the road.
Before the driver started the car, he wanted to explain that he can not approach your guesthotel because the road is very narrow comparing to our big van.
He just wanted to let you know earlier so you can also prepare what to do.
If letting you know earlier is a problem, we are very sorry.
Seondly, He just wanted the trunk to be near you so you guys could take out luggage easily under the rain.
That's why he moved back and forth after your group got off.
In other words,
1) He dropped you guys there.
2) He went down and tried to revserse the van.
3) He wanted to go up the ally by driving the van in reverse.
4) Nevertheless, he was not able to reach your place in reverse becuase it's raining so it was very slippery.
That's why he looked at you guys and tried to talk to you 'this is my best ever so please take out luggage'
However, under the rain, no one from your side tried to take out your luggage from the van trunk.
That's why he kept looking at you guys from inside the van.
After that, he got off and took out all your luggage because other car tried to pass our van.
What did you do as soon as you guys got off the van?
I saw you guys just squatting on the ground and looked at the driver.
He is not your servant but your driver.

Pick up and drop was easy. Great service. He showed up with name on paper at the arrivals hall. Drop off was easy. Car was big enough to hold 6 people plus 7 bags

So they were good communicating initially on what time we need pick up. But they arrived late on the day of pick up. Saying driver was late. Made the group worry about being late and missing flight. They need to be called the day of to be reminded.

Our guide Eun Hae (Grace) was amazing. My mom has difficulty walking and uses a chair. She worked so hard helping with her chair so my mom could experience everything. I can't say enough about how grateful I am to her. Everywhere we went was incredibly beautiful and peaceful. There was a long hike uphill to the quarry as the monorail was being renovated until November but it was definitely worth it. The view was stunning. I definitely recommend this tour to everyone and especially if you are a Kdrama lover.
