We had an amazing layover experience with our wonderful guide Jayce. He was well versed in all the sites that we saw and he was very flexible on letting us change up our agenda. I would fully recommend this tour if you have a day or a long layover in S. Korea.

It was a fun and enjoyable experience! The transit tour was very well organized and especially family-friendly. Traveling with kids was easy since we didn’t have to worry about our luggage, and restroom breaks were conveniently planned.
The only area for improvement is that not many airport staff seemed to be aware of the transit tour. It would be helpful if airport personnel could provide better guidance or direct travelers to the tour guide for the transit and immigration process. Other than that, it was a great experience, and I would recommend it to anyone with a long layover.

We were in Incheon for a day and a half and this was a great option, efficient way, to have a quick visit to Seoul. My daughter’s favorite part of day was visiting Gyeongbokgung Palace dressed in Hanbok! 😊 We also enjoyed visiting other highlights as well as the markets/shops. Our tour guide Sean Oh was friendly, helpful, informative and accommodating. He took great care of our family for the day. Time well spent!

James did a great job showing us around Seoul even though we had the one day to do so. He picked us up at our hotel and drove us to an old marketplace, saw the blue house, and the changing of the royal guard at the main gate. Lunch was great - nice buffet. Nice day all around. Very flexible.

We had a 9-hour layover in Seoul. Although our arrival (4am) and departure were not ideal, the tour company was able to customize the experience so that we could get the most out of our time! Our guide, Jayce, was on-time, knowledgeable, friendly, and put in extra effort to make our experience memorable!

Jayce was a fantastic guide. He picked us up at the airport with great communication before the trip. He drove us to the major sites we had time to see and was flexible with our additional requests. He got us back to the airport safely and with plenty of time to make our flight. I would absolutely hire Jayce again as a driver and guide!

Jayce transformed our layover tour into a vacation highlight! The tour was well organized and hit perfect highlights of Seoul. Everything ran smoothly including easy pick up and drop off at the airport. Jayce adapted the tour to our interests and time frame. He is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He shared fascinating history of Korea and answered all our questions but also did overload us with information and let us explore and learn! I appreciate his friendly manner and ability to adjust the schedule based on our preferences. His lunch suggestion was a highlight! Jayce was very accommodating, patient, flexible and punctual. Very mindful about what we wish to see. He gave us very insightful tour of the palace and other landmarks, very considerate while we were looking for a lunch spot. He was kind enough to lend my daughter a winter jacket during the tour. The van was comfortable and water was provided (which was a nice gesture). I would highly recommend others to consider a private tour with Jayce while on layover in Korea, I would definitely come back next time (perhaps do a DMZ tour with Jayce).

Traveling direct from LAS to Bali. Went through security in T2 to shower. Getting out from departures is tricky. Need to find transfer desk then security to exit through immigration. But traffic was not bad into the city. Great way to spend a long layover.

Great way to spend long layover. Weather was cold and rainy which made it a little less enjoyable being outside (was coming from warm trip so didn’t really have appropriate clothes) but was great to be able to see some of Seoul on a layover. Of note due to traffic takes about 1.5 hours to get to city from airport and back so keep that in mind for scheduling. Jayce was very nice and accommodating.
