Our driver and transfer were excellent! Driver was waiting with a sign when we arrived, was very helpful with luggage and offered water. The vehicle was also immaculate.

Our driver was waiting for us at the gate with a sign with my name on it. Super nice and insisted on taking my baggage inside for me.

This was BY FAR the most luxurious of the "luxury" transports we booked. To start off, the company was very responsive to our many messages about pick up time. We were on a cruise and not exactly sure when we would get off the ship, so I'd booked for one time, changed it to later, and then realized we could get off much earlier on last day of the trip. They communicated to the driver for us and he arrived a full hour earlier than our last agreement, which meant we only had to wait a small amount of time. Our driver took care of all the luggage while we got comfortable in the sleek Hyundai Staria van. It had wood panel flooring, and the passenger seats had heat and air, reclined to almost a laid down position, and had more than ample leg room. The driver used an AI translation service on a large screen to communicate with us, at one point showing off the car's self-driving feature! He pointed out some of the major highlights of Seoul and put on some K-pop for our entry into Korea. It was a joyful ride! Highly recommend for the price and comfort! The company did a great job communicating too!

The driver was very accurate stating it would take us approximately 2 hours to get from the Port to our Hotel Seoul Plaza. Our original pick up time was 930 am and we were outside the port building by 8am. Sent our Viator agent a text and DAHAE had the Driver there by 830 am.
