Not only did he make us feel completely comfortable, but he went above and beyond by teaching us some Korean phrases, which made the trip even more fun and meaningful.
I’ve always dreamed of going Korean skincare shopping, and Joe made that dream come true by taking us to the perfect spot. He didn’t just drop us off—he walked us over and made sure we knew exactly where to go, which we appreciated so much.

Michael, our guide, was most pleasant and informative. He provided little details about each site visited which made us appreciate the places visited even more than we would have from merely receiving an overall impression. In that regard his knowledge was thorough and impressive. He made our visit of Seoul a completely satisfying experience. To crown the day, Michael guided us to a truly enjoyable lunch at a restaurant which was both authentic popular.

We had a private tour with Nohill Park. He picked us up at the cruise port in Incheon for our tour. We found out the day before that the K-Pop band BTS would be performing a free concert in downtown Seoul and that things would be extremely congested and areas closed. Nohill planned our itinerary for the day to avoid all of this. We had a great day and would recommend Nohill as your driver.

Our very friendly guide Michelle made the tour very jnteresting. She was able to provide a lot of historical information about Seoul and South Korea. The drive into Seoul from the Incheon cruise terminal is close to 1.5 hours but Michelle provided lots of information and facts during the drive. The food at the restaurant was very good and Michelle assisted with how to eat it “properly”! The tour is very good for a short stopover.

My family and I toured Seoul with Dennis. We arrived via Regent SS Explorer and were picked up at the port. Dennis was great! Spoke English well, is very well informed and was attentive to our needs. We had the best time discovering and touring Seoul. Had time for lunch and a little shopping as well.

We had an excellent experience with this guided tour in Seoul. Our guide met us right at the cruise terminal and provided seamless, safe transportation into the city and around all of the highlights we wanted to see. He was very flexible with the itinerary, making sure we could spend more time at the spots that interested us most, and when it came time for lunch, he recommended an excellent restaurant that matched our group’s tastes perfectly.
What really stood out was his flexibility and patience—when we decided to extend our day in Seoul beyond the original plan, he adjusted without any issue and waited for us so we could truly enjoy the experience. Communication before and during the trip was clear and easy, and the entire day felt smooth and stress-free.
The car was comfortable, the driving was safe, and his English was excellent. More importantly, he was a sincere and honest person who genuinely cared that we had a great day. The day in Seoul was spectacular. Our guide April was knowledgeable and very gracious. She spoke perfect English and she knew where all the right spots were.... and the right order to complete them so that we made the most of the time. She also knew where to take us for the best michelin star Korean dumplings. From the beautiful palaces to the Buddhist Temple, it was a most memorable day.

Travel time between Incheon and Seoul can be very long by car especially in the morning during office hours but Jenny was able to give us interesting information during this trip. She was a guide who knew the place well and she made us discover Seoul despite a very tight timing. We highly recommend it.
