Our driver was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were in the correct location. He even helped take our bags up the stairs :) There was a miscommunication about pick up time but he still waited 2 hours for us instead of leaving, so we were very grateful, especially after a 15 hour flight!

Charged me additional $150 after already paying $150 online. He stated that the drive would take 3-4 hours but in fact only took 1:20. I inputted all my information days prior. If I known he was going to charge me $300 for at most $80 trip I would have went with someone else.

We regret to hear that you were not satisfied with our service. In order to clear up any misunderstandings, we would like to provide the following response:
1. You selected Pick-up service with a drop-off location in Seoul. However, your hotel was located outside of Seoul. Generally, there are additional charges for destinations outside of Seoul.
2. We explain the this situation to you and you willingly agreed to the additional charge.
3. We provided a drop-off service to a location outside of Seoul at a very low price. Transportaion for 4 adults with 10 pieces big luggage for only additional $80 is a considerably low price for the service provided.
Actually, the driver called office and declined taking your luggage becase it`s too big and many. The driver said he can load all the luggages.
4. I kindly hope you select the option (drop off to a location outside of Seoul) in this situation for your happy tour. By choosing the option to drop off to a location outside of Seoul in Limotour's airport pickup service, unexpected additional costs will not arise on-site.
Although it was sudden, we believed that you were satisfied with the payment at a low price with your consent.
We don`t consider that this service should be refunded.
We will strive to improve and become a better Limotour. Thank you.
PS. We charged only additional $80dollars. The driver said you gave $20 tip for the driver. We didn`t try to charge $300 dollars.

I was hesitant to book because of how few reviews there were, but my experience was great. My flight landed early, and even though I had booked the drive for 5:30, the driver was there with a sign for me at 2:45. I went through immigration and collected my bags and finished a cash exchange, and when I stepped out of the airport he was there with a sign for me. He was very polite; I do not speak Korean but he did not seem to mind. He loaded our luggage into his very clean van and took us to our destination in a timely and safe manner. I would highly recommend this service to everyone.

Driver was great and the van was very comfortable. I highly recommend. I was not planning to do so but on the strength of this excursion I am booking them for the drive back to the airport.

It's my first time to travel to Korea and also to experience winter in South Korea. I had to booked car service airport pick up to keep me warm and relax ride to go to my hotel although I am just 1 passenger. The company service allowed 1 traveller.
Driver arrived early before my arrival time.
He messaged me in Whatsapp and Kakaotalk just to let me know he is waiting outside.
He patiently waited as I passed immigration and get my baggage.
He is friendly and accommodating.
The car is clean and well warm heated. Just like the way I wanted it to be.
It was a good and safe ride. I arrived at the hotel well relax from airport.
Highly recommended.
