We had a 12 hour layover at Incheon airport. So glad we booked this tour! Our tour guide was knowledgeable and so friendly. We ended up swapping out the market for the Korean war museum.

We had a great time with Moon! Rather than sit in the airport all day during our layover, we were able to experience an extra stop on our vacation with a day tour of Seoul. Moon was easy to understand, shared some history and culture of South Korea, and showed us some great sites. Communication was great as we worked to connect at the airport. Highly recommend!

We had a 1 day layover at Incheon airport. Our guide picked us up at the airport hotel & we toured the Gyeongbokgung Palace, a Hanok village & a little shopping & lunch in Insadong. He shared a lot of information & stories & was very timely in getting us to the airport with our brief timeline.

Great way get out of the airport and see parts of the city! Our guide Mr. Moon was very knowledgeable, we learned a lot about the city, history, architecture. Really enjoyed our day. This tour was also very nice because it includes pick up and drop off at airport!

Great way to spend a long layover in Seoul. Song was a great tour guide around the city. He took us all over. Sometimes just dropped us off and told us what to look for sometimes took us around. Gave us a great rec for food. Super fun experience. Great way to get a little glimpse of the city.

Moon was an amazing travel guide. He went at our pace and listened to the groups needs. He spoke excellent English as well! He was very knowledgeable about Korea and all of the places we visited. Tour guide was very nice and informative. Tour included only one site to really see. Cost wasn't worth it. Driver spent a lot of time on his phone. Went to shopping areas. First we just walked and he pointed out souvenir shops. We tried to stop him to look at a different shop but couldn't. We were taken to the "largest market" and had 20 minutes to shop. Never take a women to shops with no time to shop.
Did take us to a wonderful place for lunch.

hi, sorry for such an unsatisfactory experience, according to your layover schedule, it's a bit tight to visit 4 places which made it hurry at traditional market.
normally we recommend skipping one place to make sure comfortable experience at each spots.

This is a great option should you have a long layover at Incheon airport. My guide was exceptional, adjusted the amount of time we spent at each location based on my interests, gave great lunch and shopping recommendations, and ensured I was back at the airport with plenty of time to check in and make my flight. The vehicle was clean, spacious and well maintained.

The palace tour was great! We had different expectations of the market at the end. We thought it would be more local or handmade goods. But so many of the things were made in china. The shops by the traditional houses we went to were great! We had a great experience!

JK our tour guide was on time. Had bottled water and hand warmers already waiting in the car. Drive from the Airport to Seoul was over an hour but he made sure to take the best route to get there on time for the show at the Palace. He was very attentive and knew exactly when to take us in line to take photos with the Palace guards,we were the first inline.He then took us to the rental place across the street when I expressed my interest in wearing the dress . Took us to the best parts of the Palace. Offered to take pictures and patiently waited while we explored and took more pictures. The next stop was Hanok Village, gave us the history of the place .JK has also given us the history of the Palace which was great to know. The village is really nice with the steep hills and good view. Then he took us to the best lunch ever. This place was busy and was so surprised of how much food we had with what we ordered and it was delicious. Took us for more walks around the modern streets then our last stop was namdaemun market. He made us try the street food,fish cake,literally shaped as fish but is was freshly cooked and so good. He made sure we walked around and stopped on stores that had our attentions.
I didn't know what to expect but I'm glad we took this layover tour. It was a great and wholesome experience. JK took us to the popular spots. I've had a good taste of what Seoul has to offer.Definitely worth it.

Traffic in seoul is terrible so it takes a lot of time to get around. We had a 12 hour layover, got picked up from the airport around 8. We saw the palace which was amazing. Out tourguide, Moon, was wonderful. Went to lunch and passed by the market, but not enough time to stop. Needed more time.

We had a 12 hours layover until our flight to Minneapolis from Seoul so we decided to purchase this tour. And we are so glad we did! Our tour guide, Song, was amazing! Great communication from the start, he reached out to us via WhatsApp to confirm the meeting point. His car was comfortable and roomy. Our tour was customized based on the time we had and how busy places were. We saw beautiful Gyeonghuigung Palace, toured Korean markets, walked through a historic district with traditional homes, ate mouthwatering Korean bbq, learned about the culture. Ideas on what souvenirs to buy and told us about the country. This tour absolutely worth it and we highly recommend it!

Our group of four were scheduled to disembark the cruise ship at 8:.30 am and not scheduled to fly out of Seoul until 5:30 pm leaving us essentially a 7-10 hour layover with
no plans other than to somehow get to the airport 3 hours before departure.
Therefore the transfer to the airport combined with an excellent 7 hour tour of seoul by our guide, Moonhak Song, proved to be a very appropriate and effective use of time. We found Song to be an especially pleasant and accommodating option , taking us to the Gyeongbokgung Palace and the Namsangol Hanok Village.
His recommendation for lunch of an authentic Korean BBQ was greatly appreciated and enjoyed, especially when he became the chef and demonstrated how the Koreans cook and eat at the BBQ restaurant.
This tour was an excellent use of our layover time, made even more pleasurable thanks to our guide, Song, being an efficient driver, educated guide and excellent chef. Thanks to Song!

We got picked up at Incheon Airport on time by our tour guide Moonhak Song. The 1 hr travel from the airport to Seoul was comfortable. Moon had surely gave us an insight of Seoul’s history and was a very good tour guide. The places that we visited was a delight. Although it was hot and humid, we enjoyed our time. I highly recommend to do a Private Layover Tour in Seoul if you have long layover at Incheon Airport.

This was a great tour! We had a 10 hr layover at Incheon and this was a perfect way to spend the day. Moonhak was so knowledgeable and shared all sorts of information about the city and country. It was so nice to have a small group on the palace tour. He was able to individualize the itinerary to fit our needs and picked an excellent local spot for lunch. The vehicle was clean and we felt safe the whole time. Definitely recommend!!!

Our guide Song was very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. We learned a lot of about Korean history and culture. He made great recommendations on where to shop and eat. We wish we had more time to explore more, and we will definitely return again. Highly recommend to do this private tour so you are on your schedule.
