Muy mala experiencia .Reserva realizada a través de untapped .La excursión comenzaba a las 13 h y se presentaron a las 14 h (1 h más tarde).La chica encargada de gestionarlo personalmente nos indicó que la parte proporcional no consumida (1 h) nos la abonarían.Cuando terminó la excursión nos pasó el contacto de su jefe para hablar con él y,lo que era esperable,no nos lo abonó alegando de que se trataba de una empresa pequeña.Lo peor de todo es que esta empresa no recibirá ningún tipo de sanción por operar de este modo.
