The booking was easy, confirmation etc. We didn't get to go on the trip due to the storm. We received a message on the Friday to either reschedule to the Sunday or get a refund. We rescheduled...no more messages so we turned up on the Sunday morning and was told by quite a grumpy boat owner the trip was cancelled dye to the weather. I contacted the number on WhatsApp that had sent the message to reschedule and my refund came through 2 days later...We only went fir 2 days and the sole purpose was to paddle board with my grandson. The company couldn't help the storm but the message to say the Sunday was cancelled should have been sent to avoid the disappointment. The weather picked up an hour later...I feel they could have changed the set off time to accommodate the trip.

The tour was good overall, but I found the boat and staff a bit boring. The food wasn’t great either — they offered a few options that were okay, but for example, the coca was super hard to bite. I think the tour itself is fine, and it’s probably much better and more fun during high season, but at this time it felt like a very basic and average service.

hello, yes the forecast was really bad weather so 1 day in adcvance we refunded, canceled, whatsapped and emailed.Visa takes 3 days or so to refund and you literally wrote this review hours after on a sunday. Check your mail you will see the cancelation email with the time it takes to refund.thank you

We were a little late, because the cruise port is on the other side of the island, but I kept in contact and they closed the gate right behind us. Took us to great spots. Had drinks and lunch at the boat Witnessed a spectacular sunset.

Amazing day with 3 gorgeous stops. 2 beautiful beaches and a swim stop with paddle boards and floats. The beer and wine was lovely and the food was also a huge selection of local and freshly made options!

What a beautiful day in Ibiza. This is a great trip for families, especially those with teenagers. The beaches were nice, but we probably could have cut some time there and spent more time a the open swim, which was a major highlight. The only thing better than the swim, was the magnificent sunset viewed from the boat. It was like something out of a movie! The crew was very nice and the boat did not seem crowded.

We booked this with high expectations because of all the really good reviews, you can’t fault the locations, they were beautiful!! Just reading reviews about the crew we expected them to be super friendly and fun but they weren’t interested in any one and seemed a bit fed up of people, also you only get one stop with the paddle boards etc so you want to try it do it quickly.

Very clean boat, food was lovely. Swim stop was great. The 2 beach stops, whilst the beaches were lovely, they were overcrowded so nowhere to put a towel down. Not sure that its value for money at £60 each.

It was a great tour. The guide was great, the food was good, and the sights were truly awesome. Wear your sunscreen but if you don’t, you can sit below deck.

Well organised trip, crew friendly and efficient. 2 beaches and a good snorkeling spot. Good service at the bar and lots to eat. Even spotted a dolphin as we cruised to the first beach.

This boat cruise was amazing! It was a very large boat, and I appreciated how much time we had at each stop. The beaches they took us to were very beautiful. I also loved the fun dancing and overall vibe on the roof of the boat. I highly recommend this to anyone. My only complaint was that the lunch wasn’t very good, but I wasn’t expecting much tbh.

Most of our guests appreciate the balance we offer: freshly prepared food, unlimited soft drinks and water, 4 alcoholic drinks (with more available if requested), and a relaxed atmosphere with music. We deliberately avoid turning the trip into a “cheap booze cruise,” as we want to keep the focus on the beautiful coastline, swimming stops, and the overall Ibiza experience.

Our trip the day before got cancelled due to bad weather however they accommodated us on the boat trip the next day, so the boat was fuller than usual but still a good day.

Timing changed with 12 hours of departure, making planning impossible for the next day.
Insulting staff. Top seating was limited and most of us had to stand on top deck or sit inside with no view.

Timing changes: Very occasionally, departure times may need to be adjusted due to weather, port traffic, or safety reasons. We always notify guests as early as possible, but safety at sea must come first.
Staff: We are surprised to read your comment about insulting staff, as our team is consistently praised for their friendliness. If you felt otherwise, we sincerely apologize – that is not the experience we want for our guests.
Seating: To ensure comfort, we actually stop sales at 50% capacity, which means there are loads of seats available on every trip. Guests can choose to sit inside, outside, or stand on deck to enjoy the views, but no one is without a place to sit.
We are always working to improve, and we’re sorry your experience did not meet expectations.

Brilliant afternoon - we enjoyed every minute of it. Entire crew were very friendly, fun, helpful & professional. Due to bad weather our original booking had to be changed to next day and the operator / Kelly contacted me via WhatsApp and responded quickly too when I couldn’t find location on day (put Float Your Boat Ibiza into Google maps rather than the Viator location). Every age was on tour too - we are in our 30s, there was one child and a 75th birthday celebrated too! Book it & enjoy a great day!

thanks, glad you enjoyed it, yeah ibiza´s not all about clubs! we have a lovely coast. Yes there are no numbers on the port so the address just send you to the middle of the boulevard which is 300 meters from where the boat leaves.

This is was simply amazing sunset trip. DJ was playing nostalgic music and bar at the boat was offering a varieties of drink and food. A must do trip in Ibiza.

Best boat tour I’ve ever taken.
Beach after beach after beach and then a beautiful open swim in the middle of the Mediterranean. Cold Cava flows all day long and a nice nosh mid trip. Exceptional!

In general was ok.
But it was bad that they did allow more than 50% capacity to the boat. They mentioned it will be max 50%. Also, they unload the toilets waste directly to the sea and you can see the toilet paper floating in the water while you swim around the boat in the stops we have.
