The tour guide was telling us about the history and sites the entire time. She has so much knowledge. Part of the tour was geared to the pace of participants. During some free time, I was able to jump in the water at a beach. Our guide also provided walking tours at each stop of those who wanted to learn and explore.

Great to be able to travel in airconditioned comfort from one location of interest to another and then have the opportunity to stop and be given free time to walk and shop at local markets. All the time be given information about the history and social importance of the area and features.

A good little tour around to see a couple of beautiful little villages and towns such as Santa Gertrudis. Could have stayed there all afternoon. Just such a shame that it was so hot we were glad to get back on the coach.

This tour had potential, but like many, it was planned around shopping. The first stop was 100% tourist trap shopping but included some nice shops with quality merchandise. The second stop had more time and we were supposed to eat lunch, but service is so slow in Europe that we didn’t have enough time to order, wait and eat in addition to shopping. It was a very pretty setting on the beach, though, and I would say this trip (Eulalaria) made the excursion worthwhile.There was a lot of walking and the temp in August was over 90 degrees Fahrenheit with high humidity. The third stop a few of us skipped because it was another 15 minute walk one way into old Ibiza town. We were too hot and exhausted, but luckily the bus took us back to the ship early. Our tour guide was very pleasant and enthusiastic, and while her English was good, she spoke one word at a time with a thick accent, so it was at times hard to understand her. Also, this tour does not go to the cruise ship, and it is a very long walk from the ship to the gathering point of the tourist center.

We’re sorry that the August heat and walking made the day more tiring than expected. Our tour is designed to explore Ibiza and experience different parts of the island, rather than being a hop-on hop-off tour, and the walking involved is clearly mentioned in the tour description.
For future guests, we’d also like to clarify that shopping is completely optional. Many guests enjoy discovering local shops, but during free time you are equally welcome to explore on your own, enjoy a coffee, take photos or simply soak up the Ibiza atmosphere.
We were sorry that you decided to return to the ship early, as this meant missing Ibiza Old Town, one of the island’s true highlights. We hope you’ll have the chance to discover it next time!
As for the meeting point, cruise ships can dock in different areas, so we use a central location suitable for guests arriving from different ships; depending on the dock, only a short walk may be required.
We hope that future guests will come away with what we want every guest to have - a chance to explore Ibiza, enjoy its unique atmosphere, and create their own memorable moments on this beautiful island.

The tour guide was nice woman from the local area and she did a good job of telling us about the areas we visited but the stops in the two villages were only 30 minutes and not enough time to explore or shop.

Started off 22 minutes late as we waited for 2 “lost” customers. Quick stop in 2 little towns. Picturesque but no time to really see anything. Final stop was at the port. Could have walk off ship and done this myself. Tour guide was barely there. Sent us on our own with meeting time of 5:10 and she showed up at 5:22. Bus driver was excellent!

The title of the tour was misnamed. Nowhere near the best guided tour.
In a word, disappointment.
Departed 30 minutes late while we waited for two people who did not show up.
Bus ride with little information provided. Microphone malfunction throughout.
Five minute walk to a town square. Given 30 minutes to tour on our own, which was enough time to visit one shop. Return to the bus.
Bus ride. Ten minute walk to the town square. Given forty minutes this time. Ten minute walk back to the bus.
Bus ride. Ten minute walk to a meeting point. Forty minutes in Ibiza centre of town. We stayed with the guide. Walked through streets up to the fortress wall for a photo opportunity. Then we decided to head off on our own and advised the guide. We arrived two minutes late to the meeting point. The guide and the group that went with her arrived fifteen minutes late.
Ten minute walk. Bus ride to the port.
We should have just taken the shuttle bus to the town centre. We would have seen much more.
In a word, disappointed.

Easy and convenient port pickup and drop off. Sunny was a great guide who provided information along the tour. Since it is off season many of the restaurants/shops were closed. Although a bit disappointing, nothing the tour can do about that. Sunny did alter the length of time at the stops to ensure we spent more time where shops/restaurants were open. A couple of hills, but nothing too challenging and there was always an option for those who did not want to do the climb. I recommend the tour for those who want to see a bit of variety around town on a short stop.
Our guide was interesting and enthusiastic about Ibiza. He brought the area to life and it was a great trip to visit someplace I’ve never been before.
I have used Viator number times over the 7 continents and 9.9/10 they are excellent excursions. This one wasn’t bad exactlly, just wasteful of time. Twice we were left for “explore time” for lengthy amounts of time for no reason. The meeting point seems simple and the directions tell you to turn right out of the port and toward the bus station. There were 3 groups that did just that and we were told we were at the wrong place. I would choose another excursion that utilizes your time better. Again, not bad…just wasteful.

If you have difficulty walking or doing small hills than this is not for you.
Old town was great. Views everywhere.
Sunny is a great guide and it shows how much he loves Evissa.

Although it’s a four hour tour, about one hour is just spent walking around one of the stops. Allocating 25% of total time to non-sightseeing is too much.

This was a fun and informative sightseeing tour led by the wonderful Sunny. We saw many beautiful areas of Ibiza, which is a much larger island than we expected. The beaches are beautiful and people watching is at its best. Learned so much about this famous, gorgeous island.
The tour itself was fine. We enjoyed visiting the two villages. The bus was very nice. But our guide, Daniela, was a dud. She did not engage well with her passengers and had no enthusiasm for the locations we visited

Unfortunately we were there on a Sunday and a lot of places were closed. The guide was polite and knowledgeable. I would skip the smaller places and just go to the fort on your own.
