Very authentic. Our host was super friendly and knowledgeable about all the local foods. She took us out of our comfort zone and really showed us how to make great dishes. Excellent lunch afterwards.

Great hostess, made us very welcome. Set up was excellent, food delicious, instructions clear and easy. Food was plentiful and beer was cold. Highly recommended. Enjoyed the class with 2 other Canadian couples, who were also very satisfied with the experience.
The venue was off the beaten path about 25 minutes from Santa Cruz and the taxi driver, well... Another story.

Fantastic cooking class! 20 mins from Hualtuco pick up included. Jane has so much information to pass on and is such a culinary talent! The fish tacos, shrimp, seafood mousse, beverages, artisinal salt, and sauces were so delicious. Nothing but fresh ingredients and recipes at can make at home with the knowledge we now have. It was a great class and I would highly recommend!

This is a hands on action packed class w Jane providing the interesting history of the various fruits, vegetables and seafood used in the food preparation. It was a fun morning. The cooking area can get hot when it's hot outside, so wear light clothing! Her cookbook gift is well worth adding to one's collection. It was one of the highlights of our stay in Huatulco.
