Eat Up! What an Experience!

I had this experience back in December 2024 and it was exceptional. It is off the beaten path, but that’s a part of the fun. The good was amazing and there is also a small gift shop where you can buy cooking utensils, salt seasonings, etc. The host is very in tune with the local village and the surrounding ecosystem; her knowledge of your food and how everything is sourced makes for an even better experience. The food was delicious! I cannot recommend this enough.

Jane did a fabulous job providing a special night with local foods and a wonderful assortment of flavours. The most extraordinary feat was providing a meal for me with my very unusual allergies of tomatoes, potatoes and peppers which are very basic to Mexican cuisine. I’m impressed. The setting was beautiful but I should mention the bus ride. It is quite hilly and difficult for people who tend to get motion sick.
