I make a beautiful latern myself!

Highly recommended. Nice quiet thing to do when it gets to busy walking around the busy old town. The ladies gave us just the right level of guidance (single words English and lots of pointing and demonstrating), and assistance to get a sense of achievement to have built a latern ourselves, and to go away with a nicely finished latern. The shop being just outside the old town was more quiet and spacious compared to the latern making workshops we see inside the old town; so more serene. Very beautiful and glad we have done it!

I enjoyed the lantern making class very much! I booked at the last minute during the Tet holiday and the owner was very gracious and accommodating and getting me in to the class to make my lantern. They were very patient and helpful and it was a small group so easy to follow along with the instructions. I will enjoy the memory of my class when I take my lantern home and hang it there.
