Group tour became private tour

Small or private tour gives best experience. My guide was tour operator. Great added value and comfortably paced excursion. App allows DaNang pick-up but does not mention driver supplement due extra 1hr before/after tour which is scheduled to start in HoiAn. Personalised and infomative. Good value. The food tasting at end of tour made the trip ideal.

It was just a walking tour. Food was very average quality. , served in unhygenic wooden plates

Guide Medan more interesting in taking you to tailoring shop then sight seeing. Pick up and drop was included in price but she charged me 3000.0000 extra V N D

However you check again what you review it’s not the true. - Firstly, your hotel is not in Hoi An, Your hotel is in Da Nang and you requested pick up, and you paid an extra fee 150.000 vnd/way (only6$) drop you off 150.000 vnd. Total 300.000 vnd/ 2 ways and you paid to our driver 2 notes (100.000vnd and 200.000 vnd) we still keep your messages - Secondly, you are Indian, you requested Vegetarian for your wife and you are not vegetarian. We tried and meet your demand, our standard food for tourists so the top standard is always hygienic and aesthetically pleasing. Since you are Indian you may not find it suitable for you Once again please check again amount of money you paid our driver Thank you

Terrible the guide had to initially cancel and change time which was fine. Local Food included samples of food at end of walking around Hoi An which was ok then she just left us.... I wouldn't recommend this tour at all I can't even put It a star

Hi, we sorry for what you was not happy. However the thing that you agreed to change the time because at night some old house and the Assembly Hall in the town close at 6pm so you can’t visit there if you visit lately. About the food that’s not our fault, because you told tour guide that you just had cooking class at another company, then you took our tour so that it has same food (not our fault) . Enjoy your time and hope you happy

Have you experienced Vietnam bingo? I have and you must. Just one of the great experiences with Kim on this great tour to see all the sights if you are not based in Hoi An. Kim was a great host and helped me get from Danang and back.

Abbiamo prenotato questo tour avendo poco tempo per visitare Hoi An, e ci ha davvero stupito! Mr Thai è stata una guida incredibile, ci ha spiegato la storia dei luoghi principali della città e facendoci scoprire tante peculiarità della storia del Vietnam.
