Tour guide and tour was amazing. However, we were not clearly told where to meet the tour guide. The website told us to go to a specific cafe to meet the tour guide however, it turned out that was an old meeting location. When we finally found out where to go we were 2 hours late. Most importantly, several pictures were taken of us during the tour and as part of the fee we paid we were meant to be sent these pictures. We were really looking forward to seeing them, the tour guide took our emails so he could send them through but never sent them. We would have taken more pictures ourselves if we knew they would fail to send them to us. We have been following up for over 3 months and have received no pictures. reason for the bad review
