Une très bonne expérience, un petit tour au grand marché central de Hoï An en matinée pour rencontrer les vendeurs et découvrir toutes sortes d’aliments connus ou non, notre guide a pris le temps de répondre à nos questions. Ensuite nous sommes allés voir un grand jardin aux herbes, toujours très intéressant et au même endroit nous avons cuisiné notre repas dans une très bonne ambiance. Le repas était excellent (bon..on l’ a pas fait seul, notre guide cuisinière nous a bien aidé) et on a tout mangé, c’était de qualité. Franchement une bonne sortie à conseiller vivement.
