We had an amazing experience on the Ba Na Hills, Golden Hand Bridge Private Tour. Everything was perfectly organized, and the private format made the whole day smooth and relaxing. At first I just thought this would be a nice way to visit the famous theme park but our guide made it so much more. His advice and guiding were invaluable and made navigating the park a breeze.

I would highly recommend John Lee if you require a guide in Hoi An.We booked John Lee Tours for a Bana Hills private tour. From start to finish, the service we received from John was brilliant. Communication was via WhatsApp from the time of booking and to confirm collection for the day. John's English was fantastic and he provided us with clear information. The added benefit of John knowing Bana Hills allowed us to navigate around the crowds and see the most beautiful parts. We were also taken to the largest food hall in Vietnam for lunch before heading back down in the cable car. John took and sent some amazing pictures for us to remember the day.The transport too and from was top notch with our own driver.

We had such a wonderful experience! John was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond what was expected of a tour guide. He was very responsive prior to the tour, and allowing flexibility if we needed it due to the weather. He even acts as a local concierge and is willing to help you throughout your trip in Hoi An. His warmth and attentiveness with us and our young son made the tour extra special. Highly recommend!
