Ours was a private tour our tour was with Nhu Quynh. She was a good and friendly guide,. She was very punctual, explained everything about Ba Na Hills. Took us around at our pace showed us around, guided ius all along. Quynh is very good guide.
Everything in Ba Na Hills is magical. Beautifully maintained and very well presented.
We are happy we got as n opportunity to see this awesome place.

Lanh was such a wonderful tour guide! He was great at showing us around (this place was huge!) and telling us more about the area and Vietnam. They were also super flexible in picking us up from Hoi An but dropping in Da Nang so we could make a train. Really great day!

We had an amazing morning tour with John and our driver, Strong! They arrived right on time and with welcoming personalities. The drive to Ba Na felt safe and stress free.John’s expertise made our visit to Ba Na Hills exceptionally efficient. We moved quickly when we wanted to, but never felt rushed when capturing the perfect photo or listening to his insightful explanations, like the history behind the Buddha life murals. He speaks excellent English, knew all the best shortcuts, and made sure we got our amazing lunch exactly when we needed it.To top it off, John went completely out of his way to help us when my wife's curling iron stopped working that morning. Even though they are surprisingly hard to find in Hoi An, he called around and successfully tracked down the last one at a small beauty supply shop which we easily stopped at and grabbed on the way back. John is a fantastic guide with a great personality. We saw everything we wanted to see, had an awesome morning, and are already planning to book our next tour with him! Highly recommend!

Wonderful private tour that was well worth it. Interesting things to see, do, and eat, and with the altitude of the mountain, over 1,600m, the temperature was very comfortable. Tour guide Quynh did a great job! She accommodated our pace which is a great benefit of a private tour!

Excellent day at Ba Na Hills with our 3 children. Quyen our guide was fantastic and took us to all the best spots. In such a large resort we would have missed so much without her. We managed to cover all of our highlights - golden bridge, French gardens and the Fantasy area as well as some others that we hadn’t spotted but loved like the 5D show.
It was great to be picked up early and get to the golden bridge before too many crowds and also an early lunch at 11.30 meant we didn’t have to queue for too long.
Quyen was able to bring the resort to life by sharing the areas history and how the resort came to be.
Lovely day out and a highlight of our holiday for the kids.

Incredible tour made even more enjoyable by our tour guide, Carol! I would rate this tour with Carol 6 stars if it was an option because she is a fabulous tour guide! The scenery from the cable car to the Golden Bridge to the French Village and the Indochina Buddhist Temple was breathtaking! We were in awe of all the fascinating facilities, statues, and gardens! Our tour guide, Carol is a local and provides very informative historical perspectives about the evolution of Da Nang and Ba Na Hills. This is a "must do" tour, and if you are lucky, you will get Carol assigned as your tour guide. The cable car ride is a highlight! It's about 15 minutes and Carol helped explain many aspects of the sights we viewed during the cable car ride. The western buffet lunch was also worth it as it offers a very large variety of different international cuisines to pick from, including many vegetarian dishes.
Overall, I cannot recommend this tour enough! Go see for yourself, and you will not regret the time or money spent, particularly if you get lucky like we did and are assigned Carol as your tour guide!

This tour was hands down one of the best tours I have ever taken! Quinn was absolutely amazing! She is super friendly, personable, and engaging as well as super knowledgeable about the history of Ba Na Hills. She was super accommodating as well making sure we could access the restroom when needed as well as certain rest points for the arduous trek at certain points. She also actively volunteered to help us take great photos with the breathtaking views to ensure that we capture the memories we made. The admission fee to go up to Ba Na Hills is reasonable and well worth the 7 hour experience. I guarantee you that this will be the highlight of your trip!

My mom and I greatly enjoyed this tour. John, our guide, and Strong, our driver, were both fantastic. John is very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He proactively shared valuable information and took lots of photos (and even made a video for us).
Because this was a private tour, we were able to be very flexible and do things at our own pace. We had originally booked an 8am start, but the day prior John reached out to reconfirm the pickup date/time/location and suggested we started earlier to best the heat and crowds (which turned out to be an amazing decision).
Overall, we would highly recommend this tour!

Our experience visiting Ba Na Hills was absolutely unforgettable, and that’s all thanks to our incredible tour guide, Brain! From the very start, he was punctual, professional, and very engaging that made the entire day even more enjoyable.
What truly stood out was the VIP treatment we received every step of the way. We didn’t have to worry about anything allowing us to fully enjoy the experience without the stress.
He knew all the best spots for photos and was more than happy to take as many as we wanted.

I would highly recommend John Lee if you require a guide in Hoi An.We booked John Lee Tours for a Bana Hills private tour. From start to finish, the service we received from John was brilliant. Communication was via WhatsApp from the time of booking and to confirm collection for the day. John's English was fantastic and he provided us with clear information. The added benefit of John knowing Bana Hills allowed us to navigate around the crowds and see the most beautiful parts. We were also taken to the largest food hall in Vietnam for lunch before heading back down in the cable car. John took and sent some amazing pictures for us to remember the day.The transport too and from was top notch with our own driver.
