Set the countryside, in a forest with a crystal clear river running through it, it really is a picturesque spot. Upon arrival your instructor gives you an introduction to the bow and the facilities. My instructor was Nick who was knowledge and encouraging. Then it’s time for some practice in the field range. Once you’ve got the hang of things it’s off to meander through the forest hitting targets dotted about. Then once you’ve worked up an appetite it’s time for the bbq again in the forest. After lunch it’s back to the field range for a bit more archery.
If you arrive by public transport they’ll even pick you up.

A great experience for someone who has never held a bow before. The hosts were friendly, helpful and were genuine in wanting to see us do well. The boss even came down to help, top bloke.
The course was a fun little hike into some pretty areas. The food after was a great way to relax and was very tasty.
Special shout-out to Nick who went above and beyond. Could not recommend more
