Cruise boat was lovely. We had 2 x presidential suites so had lots of space and the whole front deck to ourselves. Staff were all very pleasant and couldn’t do enough to help. Food on board was delicious

The staff was very friendly. The food was very good as well.
Our junior suite was very spacious. I just wish by the bathtub the window would have been cleaner for a better view.
Sadly the jaccuzzi on the main deck wasnt heated, so we couldnt go in.
The kayaking was fun, just too many other tourists and sadly in the whole halong bay was a ton of trash :(
Overall we enjoyed our tour and the boat. ;)

Very well organized tour. They assisted with transportation to the boat and we had issues with our transportation last minute on the day of arriving back to ha long bay, they helped us book a last minute limo bus ride to ninh binh. Highly recommend this tour and the company is sooo professional. Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha bay were both beautiful and overcast. I liked that the locals make some effort to clean up the bay from trash and hope that the government incentivizes them to do more in the future

Superb experience, really well organised. Overnight the perfect length for us - you have time to do kayaking, watch sunrise / sunset, make spring rolls, eat so much delicious food and do a Tai Chi class. Nice drinks in the evening meeting people from different countries over beer, wine and tequila! Boat and room in immaculate condition.

Postives: Staff was great and friendly. Food was good.
Negatives:
We did not get a chance to kayak the Dark and Light Cave or Lan Ha Bay. These were the activities we were most looking forward to. The excuse given was that the government was not allowing visitors to the sights. However, it appeared that another couple that booked a 3 day cruise on the same vessel would be going the following day. My guess is that the activity had been overbooked.
We essentially saw Halong Bay from the yacht. If we knew this is what we were going to get, we would rather have booked a one day or half day tour.

Oh wow, this is a MUST-DO while in Vietnam. Even with cloudy/cold weather, the views are stunning! The itinerary was well thought out as there were plenty of things to do, but also enough down-time to relax and just take in the scenery. We attended on our honeymoon and I had notified the staff ahead of time. During dinner they had an awesome surprise for us which will be a cherished memory for years!
The ONLY downside to this cruise was the fact the room smelled of mold and needs to be deep cleaned. Should be an easy fix for the staff - but this is the reason for the 4 stars overall.

Excellent! Staffs are friendly and helpful, cant be better. Food is great and large portions. Dont eat snack or drink too much before dinner because they will give you a full set with a lot of food for dinner. Pick up is on time. Worth the money and must go

Great scene in Halong, room is so good with the balcony. Interesting cooking class. A bit pity that can't go through the sea cave due to low tier. It will be more interesting if activities is more tight.

The trip was perfect. 30y/o American couple doing the 1 night cruise. The rooms were beautiful, the staff was so nice, and the logistics were easy as can be. The cruise itself was stunning with picturesque views, the activities (kayaking, cooking class, swimming) were a blast, and the staff was so attentive. You'll see many other boats offering a similar itinerary but this boat was much nicer than the other ones. 5/5 would recommend and hope to return to do it again ourselves!

We had a wonderful time on our one night cruise along Halong Bay. We opted for pickup service and it was super easy to schedule and meet up with our contact. Once aboard the boat we took advantage of kayaking and took in the amazing views. Our room was absolutely stunning - we were truly in awe of the incredible views. And the vibes overall were super fun. We had a great time enjoying drinks, singing karaoke and getting to know lots of other people aboard. A one night stay was perfect for us and it really is a great way to see such special scenery!

Premier cruise for the price point. The food was excellent and they not only accommodated my vegetarian wife they went above and beyond with every meal to make sure she was taken care of.
As with all boat tours things were on a schedule but nothing felt overly rushed. My experience, at least, did not feel like a party boat and everything wound down for the night at around 2100 but guests were free to stay up later in the common areas.
The mattress was pretty firm and the light on the air conditioner was very bright. Other than that the room was huge and comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a shower and a large tub.
Zero issues with noise, the cabin was very quiet.
Special thanks to Jimmy, Dragon and the rest of the crew! Also thank you for the dirty martini with the olive juice! Guess they're not that common around here and it was appreciated.
